Any root solution for this? - Remix OS Player

Yeah..... We need it... :

+ for root

rmxtools 1.5 seem works for me.

Just FYI, we will be putting in SuperSU in a later version. ETA within a month. And, if you guys haven't noticed, the newest Remix OS for PC version (http://www.jide.com/remixos-for-pc#downloadNow) also has SuperSU already in there. Thanks!

Thank you Sir...

Hi, can i install root same as 2.0 version with root.img that replace the system.img? Thanks

I would love a version where you can choose the storage size and with a real installer all in one
and what about Fullscreen support and game controller support?

Download Superuser Elite .apk from this link free no registration required wait 20 seconds and click download then move to phone via USB cabel and install. After it is installed go to the original post above and download the 3.0 Beta from that site and do the same I just did to day and the difference is very satisfying.

Drunk texted from my CM7 Bolt
Currently using superuser 2.3.6.3, which came with the KillaSense 3.5 Rom I am using and absolutely love this Rom. Everything just works like it should. I keep getting update for the superuser app to 3.0.7 I believe. I remember a while back people were having issues with the update for superuser, just wondering if this new update is OK to download. The super user app I am running is from the rom I flashed and because of that I thought I saw somewhere this superuser update might be a problem with my Rom.
Thanks for any help.

[ROM] OctamodWear - Stock + root + busybox + Reboot2Recovery

CAUTION!! This ROM is mostly made for developers and people interested in developing for Samsung Gear Live. I take no responsabilities for possible damages to your device.
Hi everyone.
I open a new thread here in General because I have not enough posts for posting in Development, and I don't want to spam other threads only for posting there. Moderators can move this if they want.
We have here the first Custom ROM for Samsung Gear Live: OctamodWear
Currently we have very few new features, but this is only the beginning.
Features
- OctamodWear 0.2
- KMV78Y based
- Fully deodexed
- Root
- Busybox
- WearControl, the system management app. Reboot2Recovery is gone; install WearControl from PlayStore to ensure you always have the latest version: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=octathorp.wearcontrol
- ES File Explorer and Quick System Info preinstalled
- OctamodWear 0.1
- KMV78X based
- Root
- Busybox
- Reboot2Recovery, it's an app made by me that let you reboot in recovery mode (interesting for use with custom recoveries).
- ES File Explorer and Quick System Info preinstalled (mainly, for developing purposes. I included them because it was a pain to install again with each data-wipe during tests).
Important
- Superuser permissions (root) are enabled by default, without Superuser or similar app. So, whatever app that you install and require root permissions will obtain them. That's due to the fact that there is no Superuser app for Android Wear yet.
- We need unlocked bootloader in order to be able to install the ROM (fastboot oem unlock).
- This system (Android Wear) is still very recent, and there are many things we don't know, despite its similarities with Android.
Work-in-progress...
- Get a better battery consumption.
- Improve performance
- Other things I have not thought about yet
Installation
If you don't have unlocked bootloader, follow this steps:
- Connect using ADB and run "adb reboot bootloader"
- In the bootloader screen, run "fastboot oem unlock". Warning!! This will wipe the device.
- Once you have unlocked the bootloader, the next step is to flash the provided system.img, using "fastboot flash system system_octamodWear.img"
- Done!

I will try to help you if you need it, but please, there are a lot of pages on the web where you can get information about ADB drivers or bootloader unlocking effects, so please, use Google.
Furthermore, I don't have much free time due to work and personal life, so this ROM will not have a very fast development. My main purpose is to give people something they can start working with, and make a great development community.
Enjoy it!
You sir are a genius!
I borked my phone installing TWRP and flashing this ROM was the only way I fix my watch! Thank you!

It is pre rooted as stated above. And yes its very good. Includes a file manager, which is handy....
Dev, presumably we should not install any OTA's?
This is the best day EVER!! Thank you so very much!!
Hey @octathorp I just received an update a couple days ago and did it... I assume the update would not be compatible with this ROM, or can I still install this ROM? Thanks!
Update is KMV78Y by the way.
Hi.
I have not received the update yet, so i don't really know. It should work well, because this is only system.img, but i'm gonna update the base rom as soon as I receive the update.
One thing i forgot to post some days ago... I've made an app that lets you reboot your device into recovery or bootloader, as well as changing CPU governors. It's Reboot2Recovery replacement, and it will be included in next release. Meanwhile, you can get the app from Play Store, searching "WearControl" (sorry i cannot post links yet).
I'll update the OP.

Return to Stock?
What would be the best way to return to stock? My guess would be to flash the system img that Adam Outler posted but want to make sure that I'm correct. I got excited and flashed this without backing up on TWRP first.
Hey is it possible to put the ROM in flashable form for TWRP?! Would make it much easier to install

Awesome man! I know you said in OP that you are very busy and stuff, would be appreciated though if you got the flashable working, then I can flash stuff on the watch like I do on my phone, so easy.... instead of having to go thru ADB!
I've installed the rom but I don't see any of the included applications listed in the launcher I'm using them.
I can access them though using start tho. Anyone know how to get them into the launcher?

Battery life should be the same as stock, as there are no power optimizations yet, but you could try WearControl with powersave mode instead.

OxygenOS Open Beta 24/15 for OnePlus 3/3T

Here is the change-log for the latest Open Beta build, we have bug fixes and a few changes for you to play with.
System:
Added "Soft" screen calibration
We’ve reverted the screen calibration and added the new calibration from last build as “soft.” You can enable the new calibration in the "display> screen" calibration section of settings
New boot animation
Optimized the clearing of recent apps
Other:
Updated Community app to V1.9.5
Minor bug fixes
Please note: We have patched the blueborne vulnerability independent of the Android security patch. Therefore, some blueborne vulnerability scanners may not recognize our independent patch.
Please make sure you take a bit of time to fill out our survey on UX & UI here:
https://goo.gl/forms/ET3E7TbllSksASKT2 .
And please remember to tell us about any bugs you may find using the bug report forums, found here. https://forums.oneplus.net/feedback/
Remember:
If you have already flashed an Open Beta (you are currently running the latest Open Beta) you will receive this new build as an OTA.
If you ARE NOT running open beta software and would like to, please refer to the flashing instructions and the full ROM found in the downloads page here: http://downloads.oneplus.net/
Once you migrate to the Beta path, you will continue to receive Open Beta OTAs. You will NO LONGER receive the regular Official Stable OTAs.
Moving back to the Official OTA path from the Beta path will require a full install and clean flash (FULL WIPE of all data and cache)
Edit: OTA mostly will not install. You have to install the full ROM of 1.5gb which works fine with most of the beta users.
I love the new bootanimation <3

[MODULE] Twemoji (Twitter Emoji) 12.1.2

I was very surprised to find that no one had made a Twemoji module, so here you go!
Download is attached.
Also attached is a ZIP with some scripts for Linux to build the font yourself if you're interested - I recommend extracting it to its own folder.
The first time run firstrun.sh, then when you want to update just run build.sh. Warning that firstrun.sh will download about 1.5 GB worth of Git repos.
firstrun.sh is made for Ubuntu, so you may have to change apt-get to whatever your distro uses and/or install some more packages required for it to run.
If you don't want to replace the water pistol with the original gun, simply remove line 46 from build.sh.
Feel free to donate if you want.
Thanks bro, i always looking for this.
Thanks, I've actually been looking for this for a while now. ??

Strange... you're on the latest Magisk I assume? Unfortunately I'm not too skilled at this stuff, I just compile the font basically so I don't know where to begin with debugging. Can you try testing with the EmojiOne module available in the repo? It should be pretty much the same apart from the font itself so it'd give me a better idea if it's my module specifically or a problem with fonts.

Thank you for reply. I've tried with Magisk v16.0 and v16.3 with Magisk Manager 5.6.3 and 5.6.4 but results is almost the same. I couldn't provide logcat because I never know when Manager will crash and also output would be very large.
