Broken screen help - LeEco Le 2 Questions & Answers

My screen its broken but my display its still working, what should i do, change the hole display or to change only the screen? Also, is it easy to change the screen and to plug it to the display?
Thanks

Normally display and touch both are intact into one screen. But in Le i dont know how it is but when i replaced my S4 screen they replaced whole screen with the touch. ?

[Q] Hairline crack, screen is dark, boots fine

My display seems to have cracked in an odd way. As you can see, there is a hairline crack, but I can't feel it with my thumb - either it hasn't breached the surface of the glass or its in a layer beneath it. The phone boots, but the screen is 100% off.
I get touchscreen response, as it vibrates when I roll my thumb over the unlock points. My trackball glows, and it looks like the phone is in perfect working order besides the crack and dark screen.
What do you think is going on? Does something need to be replaced or might something just be loose inside? Is there a way to determine that without opening it up?
Obviously, your LCD is gone.
Try to re-connect the LCD Panel on the motherboard, then try to light up the screen using a flash light, preferably a LED one, just to check weather the back light is damaged.

I had a similar thing on my old wildfire. You've got to get a new LCD screen.

[Q] LCD Issues?

I Cracked my screen to the point the bottom half no longer worked. I got a replacement and installed it. My LED light comes on and I can feel the vibration when 'unlocking' but my screen is black/blank. Does this mean I have a faulty LCD screen or do I need to do some type of hard reset?

First ~80 rows of touchscreen not registering.

I'm trying to fix a z3c on which the top ~80 rows of the screen does not register a touch. The screen was cracked so I've tried to connect some new screens.
If I put on one of the el cheapo, unoriginal, knockoff z3c screen replacement I can make touch register on the whole screen.
If I put on a new, uncracked, non broken, original (or very good copy) screen It exhibits the same problem as the original screen I took of, the top ~80 rows does not register.
On all the screens a Synaptics S3528A controller seems to be attached, but who knows if that's to be trusted. I'd like to make the original type screen work since they have better colors, among other things. It is possible that the new original screen is broken exactly in the same way as the one that came on the phone.
Has anyone else experienced some part of the display starting to not register a touch? Is there a way to recalibrate this on a z3c?
Besides broken screens, what could cause the phone to treat the screens differently?

[HELP] Black screen on new phone screen

Hi, my screen broke recently and i can't use the tactil touch. I can see the image but can't use. So i decided to buy a LCD + Tactil Touch + Frame. I didn't mount yet the screen. I only disconneted the screen flex and connected the flex of the new screen. But the problem is that is black. The screen seems to turn on but i don't see anything, is all black.
EDIT: I don't know where to ask. I flashed to the stock ROM, 4.2.2 and still black. I updated to the last version Sony has for my phone, 5.1.1 and still is black. I don't know what more to do. Is all working good, even the sounds when i touch the screen. But i can't see anything the screen is working but there's no image. My phone is Xperia Z.
Anyone?
Please help!
Broken screen? Is the old one still working? If yes: return the new and broken display and get a replacement!
The touch("screen") and feedback (vibrate and sound) will work without the lcd! It is a different layer on the screen and is seperatly connected to the mainboard of the cellphone. Also your screen could be working and your backlight not! Turn on the phone and point a bright flashlight on the screen, maybe you will see something, but even then, get a replacement.
