Hello Fellow honor 4x / XDA,
i own this honor 4x che1-L04 device.
i really like this device and MM is so smooth and good
but one problem it doesnt have root till date
requesting anyone to please give working root for this device
tried all methods available in xda but in vain nothing works

I have rooted my 4x and also I have unlocked boot loader. Now they'av officially released lollipop os. I am not able to install this new update. I have searched many threads but still didn't find any steps to update.
Can anyone please help me How to update..?

I have upgraded Huawei honor 4x c185b067 to lollipop 5.1 with c185b310. After upgrading it is not showing usb

Now I am at Android 6.0(Marshmallow).
And I also want other Custom Roms to test for Honor 4x Che2-UL00.

Check the ROMs forum for Marshmallow ROMs. As for Nougat, no devs have built yet for Honor 4x.
backup your data using twrp to rollback easily
Che2-UL00 has no Custom roms atm (any Kirin 620 tho), so for now, we can just wait and hope, the users with CHE1-XXX have custom roms, since they have snapdragon

You should check ROMs section
There are few roms now. Can try them out
