I would suggest wiping cache, data, and dalvik prior to installing to clear any previous files. Bear in mind that when you see the Samsung logo it is installing the system files behind the scenes. It typically takes about 5 minutes before you get to the welcome set up screen. Please also confirm this is for your device T810 with Exynos processor.

I have not encountered any bugs. This is based off of bone stock and includes all of the originally included apps but now allows you to de-bloat the rom yourself and uninstall incessant apps. I welcome you to post any finding you encounter while using the rom. Enjoy!

Not sure if this is a bug or just my device ...
I started using this rom a few days ago (the easy-to-flash rooted stock is very nice). But I've noticed that now I have to reenter the password every time I connect to a network. I'm hoping not to have to do a factory reset to get the tablet to start remembering networks again.

I just tried to recreate the issue that you described and I cannot. I switched between 3 saved wi-fi networks and they all connected without having to add the passwords. Did you wipe all data and cache prior to installing my rom?

Is this an international version?
I am looking for the dutch version of 6.0.1 but sammobile only offers 5.0.2

Did you try changing the language at the welcome screen after flashing?

Won't boot system
Won't boot system.
After installing (wipe data, dalvik, cache, int. storage), reboot, boot screen shows "kernel is not seandroid enforcing", then automatically reboot again to recovery.
T810
TWRP 3.0.2-0
Previously installed Resurrection Remix, then Dirty Unicorns, both worked ok.
Maybe a kernel issue?

I hate to leave things hanging, and I especially hate to cast doubt on a great ROM.
It's been ages, but I think I finally discovered the answer on another forum. The ROM was not the problem
The problem happened after I flashed several ROMs and other files repeatedly trying to find a way to hide root on my T810. I think that somehow the ownership of wpa_supplicant.conf got messed up. This appears to be working:
Enter the following commands in terminal (the place I found this said to use ADB, but the terminal in TWRP worked for me).
Code:
# cd /data/misc/wifi
# chown system.wifi wpa_supplicant.conf
# reboot

[Q] How do i turn back to clean stock rom

Here I can't really find the correct answer for this (or i just don't understand it)
I want to remove EVERYYYYTHING in my phones and sd card
Include the apps and roms too
And return to factory stock
I don't want to backup anything at all
(except sync my contacts)
I already download my stock roms
But of course i still do nothing with it
I am using Ultimate N7000 XXLSZ JellyBean 4.1.2 v5.2 But it seem to eat more battery than i needed
Even turned off about 2 hours it drain 3 percents battery
And turn on = EXTREMELY fast drain (with screen on)
First ... manually delete all data on internal and external SD card by mounting it as USB storage.. then boot into recovery... go to Philz settings and choose "Clean Before New Rom Install" ... then go to advanced and choose reboot download.. connect to pc and flash stock rom

Aroma file manager
GUI Preferences
Save and restore settings
Reset All Recovery Settings

Boot to recovery
Wipe data/Factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Wipe dalvik cache

First you told us you want to remove everything and return to factory stock etc.
And now you want to root with Philz kernel?
So I guess it was a way to make your device clean.
Why did you install that specific version of ICS for N7000B?
(it's the latest ICS for Thailand and N7000B - maybe that's why)
And you are sure in having a N7000B?

Bootloop directly after flashing ANY rom with Heimdall or Odin, partitions at fault?

Hey folks,
So I'm trying to load android 2.3.6 on my i9000 (it was previously running 4.2). The thing is, it's home button is broken so I can't easily access the recovery mode. So I've built a jig, forced the phone into download mode, and from there on flashed 2.3.6 using THIS method.
The phone then automatically reboots into Clockworkmod Recovery 3.0.0.5. I then wipe dalvik and cache, and factory reset the phone. Then when I'm trying to boot into android, the phone enters a bootloop. It doesn't even show the boot animation, just the Galaxy S black/white splash screen. At that point I can't seem to get back into the recovery, because of that broken home button.
What I've done so far:
- Checked that my SD card isn't faulty. I can perfectly browse files with the recovery. Mounting the SD card however doesn't work. I don't know why.
- Before I used heimdall to flash the ROM, I tried using Odin v1.83. I clicked repartition and used a 512.pit file. Could it be that my partitions are messed up?
- My end goal is to flash Cyanogenmod 10.2.1. I tried flashing the 10.2.1 .zip (it was still on my sd card, luckily) through the recovery. But that also results in a boot loop, where I cannot get past the boot animation. I know a solution to that would be to clear user data and dalvik again, but I don't know how to get into recovery mode from there.
So, any ideas what I could do? I have a feeling that something's up with my partitions, but I don't have the knowledge to know for sure. Any help is very much appreciated!

Wow, how did I not think of that? Thanks!

Real issues trying to install a custom ROM (Cyanogenmod, etc...)

I have a real issue trying to install any zip files for ROMS.
At first I thought it was just the file I had downloaded so I downloaded another, and another, and another through a different browser (as I had read this might be an issue?).
Still nothing worked. I've put some screenshots below of what I am getting.

Then I flashed a newer version of CWM (from the Cyanogenmod thread) and got this...
These are all stored on my external SD card which is where I am trying to boot from. The weird thing is that I can install the Alliance ROM but no others! I'm not sure whether its something to do with the Alliance one being a 4.3 ROM and the others all based around 4.4??
I really am out of ideas and can't find any solutions that seem to work, please can anyone help?
User does not have CWM recovery in image one its stock 3e.
Image 2 reads as a faulty file package .
Please try Philz Recovery .
Thanks.
I'm not quite sure what you mean by your first sentence but I will try Philz Recovery as well.
I've just flashed Philz Recovery but still no joy
I tried installing CM and OmniRom which was stored on the phone, and then also from the SD card but its still giving me the same messages?
I really am at a loose end here, I'm hoping there is a simple explanation for this????
Simple explanation reads as faulty zip files .
message says cannot open .
First sentence you did not have a custom recovery only stock recovery on image one .
Suggest format phone in recovery format sdcard system data cache then boot to download mode and flash stock rom .
With 63 posts you can ask in your roms thread or its Q&A thread ,
I see that you installed Philz Touch 5. Try latest 6.12.8: http://goo.im/devs/philz_touch/CWM_Advanced_Edition/i9300 > This is based on CM11 tree, so it will work only with ROMs that hve the update binary from a CM11 ROM. So it will work with the stock CM11 you are trying to use. Try before you flash the ZIP to search it with ES File Explorer. If it appears the files inside it, than it should be OK. If it shows an error message saying that it is not a ZIP, you hve to download it again, because the file is not good. You have here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2201860 some other issues and how to fix them. Hope I helped you.
I have to agree, go back to full stock, the modify the phone step by step. Root-cwm-custom rom

Thanks for your replies guys.
This is odd, but I now have CM11 on my S3 LTE.
After installing Philz Recovery, I then reverted back to the latest version of CWM and tried to re run the file and this time it ran! I have no idea what was going on there?
Just in case this whole thing happens again if I want to flash an alternative ROM... What are the steps for returning the phone to a factory 'stock' state?

Hi,thank for this first Debloated rom but I need some info:
The first time I installed this rom I followed this procedure:
.install twrp
.full wipe (everything except sd card)
.install room.zip
.install csc.zip
.wipe dalvkin (I know that doesn't matter but I do it by default)
.reboot
when the samsung logo show up a red label appears in the top left corners: kernel is not Seandroid Enforcing
the device start up but without root....
so a repeat the entire procedure:
.full wipe (everything except sd card)
.install room.zip
.install csc.zip
.without restart this time I install supersu2.82.zip to root
.then I flash the boot.img (the one used to disable forced encryption) found in the twrp install post
.wipe dalvkin (I know that doesn't matter but I do it by default)
.reboot
this time the label kernel is not Seandroid Enforcing disappear but no root again.....
what did I do wrong?
plus I have the tedious notification "security notice" Unauthorized action have been detected restart your device (SecurityLogAgent) (I read that is a samsung bug) and without root I can't delete it....
p.s sorry for my poor English...I hope I haven't made too many mistakes in writing
update:
I find in the twrp the even after a full wipe my internal memory it's only 11gb....so if I install the rom (only the rom) my free space It's about 6gb!!! I now downloading the stock rom for odin....we'll see....
well after install the stock rom the file manager tell me that the space used is 6.11 gb of 16gb.Can you check if I'm right.i find 6gb a little to much but I know that usually the stock samsung rom are well heavy ... thanks for your attention. I’m looking forward to your reply.

No, it's the device's problem. I pressed on the power button too hard. Couldn't even boot the device now to try out your recovery :/

Ah , so Its Hardware Related , I hope you fix your phone for test twrp
Sadly after flashing Odin package for S6500D I end up with white screen (adb works fine), after several restarts it booted normally, what may cause this?
fix twrp in s6500L. Not install rom.
I have the S6500L. install without problems with odim the twrp-S6500D, but does not recognize the sd card. Then install the twrp-S6500, had start problems and when start could not install the rom 3.4, none of the 2 rom; but if you recognize me the sd card. (With the ClockWorkMod 6.0.x- s6500D it works without problems, but it does not install the latest rom)
.
From scratch, start the process from the custom rom. Much care; After formatting ext4 in Data, do not forget to restart and then wait less than 5 minutes for the new rom to start. At the end install the rom s6500, since the twrp-S6500D does not recognize the microSd. Excellent work, thanks to the developer.:good:

Similar problem here, but with regular S6500.
I always end up with white screen but if I wait long enough to screen actually auto lock itself and I press the home button I"ll get the image, than I just have to swipe to unlock it and I can use TWRP.
Unofrtunately now this problem isnt limited just to TWRP but it manifested also in actual android system too... now when I turn off the screen with power button or I will try to wake up the phone with power button I will get white screen... than I have to wait for auto lock screen and than when I wake the phone with home button everything seems to work normally
For me this TWRP build works absolutely perfect, - no white screen issue.
I have a S6500 (S6500XXMD1) and I installed TWRP 3.0.2.0 with the zip file TWRP-v3.0.2.0-jena_only.zip from an SD card.
I had previously an older TWRP build installed which was itself installed from an CWM-6.0.5.1 build.
Great work Shadow Of Leaf! :good:

it still white screen for my S6500D, how to solve it ?
this phone still alive
I tried to install twrp from the sd card, it gives an error. When I loaded it from Odin3, the counter count changed from no to yes (1 counts) and at the same time, there is an sd card error on the s6500d. My advice is to install cwm, maybe I'll install it too.
TWRP 3.0.2.0 SD card not working on S6500D. How I fix this issue?

CyanogenMod 10. But cyanogenmod 10 has no working download link. If you want to install CyanogenMod 11, you need to install CWM 6.0.5.1 from CWM recovery. But the CWM 6.0.5.1 download link no longer works.
