Can anyone guide me on how to go back from a custom rom to emui stock rom on Che1-lo4 - Honor 4x Questions & Answers

I did not find answer anywhere

You can get back to stock emui by
using inbuilt honor 4x updater
download latest update zip file from official honor site for your device Che1-L04 extract the zip.
then follow the steps similar to force update procedure mentioned in the manuals provided by honor
which are :-
Step 1. Format the Micro SD card (This operation is optional).
Step 2. Copy the entire dload folder (with UPDATE.APP in it) to the root directory of the Micro SD card.
Step 3. Make sure your handset is power off. Insert the Micro SD card into the handset. Press the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN key, and then press the POWER key to power on the phone and enter the Software Upgrade Mode.
Step 4. When the progress bar stop, the phone will restart automatically.

This method probably will not work because in order to get custom ROM working, you must have already replaced stock recovery with TWRP or CWM...

Help me, Flash with sd card.

I want to flash my touch hd with my sd card.
give me step to step info.
1: download the ROM to your storage card
2: UNZIP the ROM using the 7zip utility found here
http://www.qweas.com/downloads/syste...ws-mobile.html
3: Rename the unzipped ROM image from ******.nbh to BLACIMG.nbh
4: Move the BLACIMG.nbh file from the folder you unzipped it to accross to the ROOT of the SD Card
5: (This is important) Press and hold the volume DOWN button ONLY, not the up button as if you were hard resetting
6: when you see the 3 colour boot screen it WILL change to a screen asking if you want install the new ROM upgrade, press the power to start the install
7: Finally when finished remove the battery to power the handset down and then reinsert and restart the phone Hard resetting twice before allowing it to boot fully for the first time.

How to repair soft bricks and bootloops

Im writing this because i have gone through this and realised some things and basics about this phone. As Meticulus has wrote on his page about dumping files, that is the key of getting back to safety.Usually people here get stuck while getting back from Nougat to MM.So most important things to have :
-backup of oem info(i will post link later of flashable zip for l21 model) (or someone else's files but for specified model(l21 can flash someone else's l21 oem info)
link : C4320 DUALSIM OEMINFO https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3sZyHMlYDO0S1c2Y1lNMlJaVXM/view credits to guy who made this file i have just uploaded it
-dump of system and boot (you can find tutorial on Meticulus page)
-downloaded stock MM ROM and extracted UPDATE.APP
-Revolution nougat recovery
-Meticulus TWRP
So lets say you are in bootloop and there is nothing you can do to get your phone back to life.
*if you are on nougat and dont have recovery:
-turn off the device and insert your sd card to PC/laptop and make folder "dload" on sd.
-extract UPDATE.APP from MM ROM package and move it to dload folder
-download revolution nougat recovery and make a path on desktop for example
-connect your usb cable to pc (not phone)
-now (assuming that your device is off) hold volume down for few seconds and connect to our usb cable and phone will boot to bootloader/rescue mode
-open cmd on pc
-write ~ fastboot flash recovery path/recovery.img (path should be folders where is recovery.img and recovery.img name of img)
-when done, hold power and volume up power and phone will go to recovery
-if you havent done that yet, move dload folder and flashable oem info to sd card
-flash oeminfo and turn off the device
-now hold volume up + volume down + power button to install that update from sd card
phone should boot now
*If you have nougat recovery :
-turn off the device and insert your sd card to PC/laptop and make folder "dload" on sd.
-extract UPDATE.APP from MM ROM package and move it to dload folder
-flash oem info and turn off the device
-now hold volume up + volume down + power button to install that update from sd card
phone should boot now
*Now if the device is still stuck in bootloop and now you dont have recovery:
-download meticulus recovery and extract recovery.img
-move your dump files to sd card (folder name meticulus)
-if your phone is off again hold volume down for few seconds than connect usb cable
-open cmd and type : fastboot flash recovery path/recovery.img (path should be folders where is recovery.img and recovery.img name of img)
-when done hold volume up + power button until phone gets into TWRP
-go to advanced/extras/restore dump and wait while device is restoring your stock system and boot img
after done reboot your device and it should boot without any problem
write down other ways of bootloops so we can fix it together

Hello, go to this link mega:#fm/i5x1SQiD is downloaded to the folder where there is inside another 'dload' folder that you will copy to a microSD which in turn will need to enter in P9 Plus. It 'a file that I downloaded from this forum, but I do not remember which thread. Then restart your phone by holding down the volume button in the center (Ne below and above it). At that point it will start loading and at the end will reboot or do you start again. This allows you to change the microSD with another in which there is always the dload folder with the file corresponding to your update.app P9 Plus firmware. Repeat the reboot and hold the volume button. Unless smoothly you should go back an Android Marshmallow.

[L23] Downgrade from C605B362 to C212B130 AT&T Mexico

In a lot of Facebook Groups, there are people asking about downgrade from Nougat to Marshmallow.
In my case, Im from México and every week there are at least 2 or 3 people asking about to return their devices to AT&T Marshmallow firmware.
I bring this little guide to show you how to do it, I hope that it could be helpful to you.
Code:
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* I am not responsible for bricked devices.
* YOU are choosing to make these modifications.
*/
Preparation:
You will need to download this files:

How to do it:
Follow this steps carefully, I will not be responsible for damages on your device!
If you will use "Internal Storage" to install the files, put them there after unlock your bootloader, otherwise it will be erased
Ok, let's start the guide:
1. Unlock your bootloader and be sure that your device has USB Debug and OEM Info activated
2. Put your device in Fastboot Mode (Vol - and plug the usb cable connected to the PC) and execute the file "P9 LIte TWRP Installation.bat" and follow the instructions, it will install on your computer the Huawei Drivers if you don't have it.
NOTE: In the rar file there are two "twrp.img" (twrp.img and twrp2.img), I set "twrp.img" by default, this file is the original recovery from TWRP, you can install all the files from internal storage if you dont have Micro SD. The file "twrp2.img" let's you install the files only from the Mico SD card. Please, use the file that you find better.
3. After the Installation your phone will restart, once it do it copy the dload folder and OEMInfo to your SD or Internal Storage root and restart your device into Recovery Mode (Vol + and Power).
4. In Recovery Mode, please find the file "OEMINFO C212 ATT.zip" on your Micro SD Card or Internal Storage and flash it.
5. After that, power off your device and press the three buttons (Vol -, Vol + and Power) and wait for the dload installation.
In some cases the installation ask you for a password, you can enter any password, when it shows you a decrypting data error, it will do a factory reset and inmediately will start the firmware.
And it's all :highfive:, please DO NOT DO A FACTORY RESET AFTER THIS INSTALLATION, you can softbrick your device.
After this installation, if you want to install future OTA's, you need to install again the firmware through dload method, follow the step 5, this installation will let you relock your bootloader and install future OTA's through Huawei's system updater
Specially thanks to:

With their videos and files was so easy to downgrade this device
