[Q] Get back to stock Rom AND keep sim unlock

Hi everyone,
Before I begin, I just want to say that I've searched for a clear answer (here and on some french forums), et and I really didn't understand anything... Since I bought my Note a few hours ago. I'm new to this.
I just don't get anything, with all the Odin and kernels stuffs...
So, let me explain my problem : I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Note that was previously simlocked (at SFR, I'm in France, and I'm with Orange), the seller said it was sim unlocked at a store (but hey, I don't know if it's true).
Thing is, the Note has a Custom Rom, and I'd really prefer a Stock one (I don't like JKay, I want OTA update etc..).
But :
1) I don't understand anything. CFW is installed, if that can help you... I don't know which Rom I should take, how to install it... I'm Lost.
2) Do I lose the sim unlock by reverting to a stock rom ? If so, how to keep the unlock ?
Since I'm a real newbe, I took a screenshot of the "About the Phone" section to give you more details. It's right here
Thanks to all of you, have a nice day =)
Daz.

About Rom on my new lenovo

Hello everyone and thank you so much for your time helping me with my issue. First of all yesterday I received my lenovo k3 note from tinydeal eshop. Everything works perfect but the issue is that I can't find check for updates option on about phone section. After a small search I saw that this is because my phone has the chinese rom and not the Row rom. I live in Greece BTW. Any ideas what to do and even if I can flash the official row rom?? Or am I gonna void the warranty. Thank you so much for your time everyone!!

EVA-L09 version number

Hi guys!
2 weeks ago I received an update with this number:
EVA-L09C900B191
But awkard things started like:
Bloatware from a French carrier and I'm from Portugal with a unlocked version
Everytime I search for this version number at Google, nothing seems to exist, not even a changelog
And the "themes store" is totally gone and I only can use the themes that I already had.
Someone has the same version? Its just to know If I am the only one with this "problem"
Thanks!

Hello!
Same problem here. From Portugal with this update and also having problem with theme store. Can't access to it.
Regarding the bloatware I think that I have that problem since I bough this phone.
I hope that nougat fixes this problem.

each time you have this problem, or every time you se a "C900", it means, that your p9 had a software modification, its not that bad, but if you want updates you will have to do them manually, and the themes you can download them and install them on the HWTHEMES folder on your phone,

Anyway I sent a email to Huawei assistance reporting this issue.
Hi there.
I was thinking about that C900 version and I searched a way to change that version:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/p9/how-to/how-to-change-cust-c900-c432-t3392824
After this tutorial I already have de nougat update through HiCare App.
Thanks for the help that I needed to resolve this issue

Android 8 and P8 lite 2017

Hello, I have some questions about this phone, it will be long ...
My old Xperia XZ died after a foamy party ... so I bought this phone, and it's pretty cool.
So I would now go to android 8, surely LineageOS or EMUI8 I do not know yet.
So, do I really need to rebrand my phone for project treble?
Some links say no, some Rom allow activating treble, and other links say that you have to go through the official Rom EMUI8
I have to use EMUI recovery or TWRP?
Where can I find EMUI8 for Huawei?
How do I unlock my boot loader?
because the links I found his death ...
It was a lot easier on Xperai: D
Thank you for your help, as much on Xperia I know everything but there I am lost with this different recovery, with EMUI ... with the trick honor / Huawei
And I'm french, so not sure that I'm very readable, do not hesitate to tell me
Hi,
Just wait a little bit it should be Rolling soon in all countries officially (UK, Spain among others countries already got it so it might be soon for France )
If you're really in hurry there are multiple guides here that explains different ways to update manually. Not sure though if you can still unlock the bootloader...
Salut!

anyway I do not think I have enough storage to download it... they only have the 16go at movistar.

Yeah its too late for bootloader codes, huawei closed it a few days ago. Unfortunately you cannot flash any custom roms/recoveries/kernels, and i doubt anyone will ever crack the bootloader. sorry mate.:crying:

I'm baffled. My sim-free UK device still hasn't got the update whereas seemingly everyone else has.

Nougat? Oreo? Pie?

Has anyone installed a supported version of Android on their 626? I got an old one from a friend, unlocked the boot loader after going through HTCs registration process, and then realized all the ROMs I found were super old and not much more modern than what came on the phone....
Thanks a lot!
