I bought new screen from aliexpress , replaced my screen by heating it up and removing broken screen but when i connected new screen and turned phone on the screen is just black.

my sony xperia recently started acting weird lately:
1) their is a permanent multi colored line though the bottom screen that stays their no matter what i do
2) when i first press the power button the screen will flicker white and then will go to home screen
I know it is a hardware issue im just stuck as to if it is a lcd screen that needs to be replaced, or the flex cable .what do you guys think

Is this enough, do I need to buy a new screen AND digitizer? or is this digitizer ok?
The digitizer is the actual screen that you touch. The SLCD and/or AMOLED screen is a different screen that lies below the touchscreen. When that is cracked, colors will start to bleed and the screen will eventually turn black.
If the digitizer is cracked, sometimes it will screw up with touch inputs, but other times it will work flawlessly.
You only need to replace the one that is broken.
ok so my phone's screen is so cracked it fell off the second floor with no case to protect and the screen is broken like hell and the display is black (no display). However, I can see the soft keys still light and the phone still functions as I tried tapping over the screen and music played and camera captured so I guess every thing is working fine
So my question is if I buy a new screen and replaced it (from Ebay) will it also fix the black display and get my original display back ?

I replaced the cracked screen of XPERIA Z. but I'm unable to turn on my phone after the new screen pluged in to motherboard. (new screen is fully working) But I can turn on my phone after the old cracked screen pluged in again. So I have to turn on my phone with old cracked screen. After that have to remove it & reconnect the new screen. This is the only method that I can use this phone. What's the problem of new screen?
How can power supply depends on the screen to screen?

So recently I changed the screen protector of my note 8 (screen protector is UV) after almost a day the screen colors starts flickering. The flickering is gone when I increase the brightness but for one day it went black idk for what reason. There is no physical damage no falls no pressure on screen. The screen works fine before new screen protector idk it is related to protector or not.
I also restart the phone using power+volume down phone restarted but no sign of screen working.
Please if any can help me out as soon as possible
