If you have already put the link, then enter it precisely.
I do not think that Open Source Code Distribution, places compiled files APK.

Type your model number and search it for yourself, APK files are present and also a guide to how to compile it to your ROM.
I don't need to place it precisely because it is understood that the person who is opening the website is knowledgeable enough to do that.

Unmodded ones won't work for non SE phones. I couldn't find a launcher.apk in the ARC system dump, but found a home.apk. It seems to be the same, so i have attached it.

at a quick glance looks like source code for stock
not sure if anyone would want to make use of it
though i think there are some bits that could help with resolving some issues on CM and AOSP ROM's

Android 9.0 uses xposed solutions

https://github.com/solohsu/EdXposed/releases
https://github.com/RikkaApps/Riru/releases
https://github.com/ElderDrivers/EdXposedManager/releases
https://github.com/solohsu/XposedInstaller/releases
Use Magisk order to install
1.Flash magisk-riru-core-arm-arm64-v10.zip
2.Flash magisk-EdXposed-arm-arm64-v x.x_beta-release.zip
3.Installation XposedInstaller_by_dvdandroid_19_10_18. apk
Reboot the device
Anyone tried to test that ?
If it is really true, then somebody will soon bring this to us. Hopefully, it is not fake!
Edit: If you translate the Chinese github page of the taichi module, it says "Note: It is expected that it will take a month to perfect this product.". So soon we will get something, I think
Please check this similar thread:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/tai-chimagisk-t3886673
In short: my advice is not to use closed source software which modifies Android at system level like for example Xposed and Magisk do because nobody can check what the software actually does.
Edit: it appears that EdXposed is open source. Note that if you install compiled apps, in this case Riru and EdXposed, that you are trusting that the app was compiled using the published source code.

In Chinese online language,it means the veteran of the industry, and it is derogatory to people who have various rules, contents, and experience in technology and gameplay.

However, the link to that file has long since been broken, as evidenced by the comments in the original post. And I can't find it uploaded anywhere else, save for some dodgy Chinese websites I neither have the authorization nor the linguistic ability to navigate. I was wondering if anyone could share the original ZIP, or could upload the source code (assuming it's a simple algorithmic calculation). Ty in advance ^^

Is there a video explanation about this subject?

According to the instructions:
If your device has boot ramdisk, get a copy of the boot.img (or init_boot.img if exists).
If your device does NOT have boot ramdisk, get a copy of the recovery.img.
You should be able to extract the file you need from official firmware packages or your custom ROM zip.
