Installation
Always Have a full functional Backup. Just in case!
First time installing crDroid to your Yureka, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
- Copy GApps and crDroid zip to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Wipe system,data and cache
- Flash crDroid zip
- Flash GApps zip
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET
- Reboot
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
- Copy crDroid ZIP to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Wipe system and cache
- Flash crDroid zip
- Flash Gapps
- Reboot
How to get VoLTE working:
1. Download Latest Modem from Yureka+ with VoLTE (Links below) & extract the zip
2. Reboot the phone to fastboot mode
3. Open the folder(where you extracted). Press alt + shift + right click and click on open command window here
4. Now type or copy paste this & press enter
Code:
fastboot -i 0x1ebf flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
5. When it says OK, disconnect the phone and reboot
6. Reboot into recovery and Flash ROM zip followed by your favorite GApps
To revert back to any other non VoLTE rom, Flash the old Modem from FASTBOOT with same code mentioned above.

Note: (For new users/ Existing VoLTE users may already know all this )
To get VoLTE working, you need to flash the new modem(Link in OP)
To revert back to any non VoLTE ROM, flash old modem(Link in OP)
You can disable VoLTE (from sim 1 settings > enhanced 4G LTE Mode - turn it off) and use Other carrier than Jio or if you dont like to use VoLTE calls on the same ROM (No need to flash old Modem)
Jio Sim should be in Slot 1
Don't expect any support if you:
- are not running stock crDroid-kernel
- have installed any mods such as Xposed!
- have modified system files

Update to the latest TWRP version. You can install nano or pico GAPPS package alongside this ROM.

Dear Souvik , Yu have uploaded two builds on same day , on 20th of Nov - one named official under Yureka 4G and another one simply under Yureka+ category on android file host server . Which one is stable with official bugfixes and for yureka+ .
I mean do Yu differ between Yureka+ { YU5510 } and Yureka 4G ?

the rom is stable and i did not noticed any lag at all,but the battery life need to be improved and though the rom is based on android 7.1 there is no android assistant so kindly add the feature in it
or else please tell how to enable it ...?

That doesn't work for me, but I got it working with different steps.

So why did I gone through all this hassle?
Because this rom is super smooth and stable and I needed a rom like this with VoLTE support.
Many thanks to you for this awesome ROM. Being a Developer (Not Android) I know how much work and patience needed to develop something (and offering this time and patience for free is super awesome). Thanks to all the Developers who are working day and night to bring these super awesome roms/mods/ for many devices I have used and using right now.
Camera is very buggy, try to flash Agni libs but not better

I don't understand about the OP when it states that installing this rom encrypts your data. Have never run across this. How does this effect every day usage?

I think you need to read the post again, only memory bar customisation for recent are taken from aosp.

- Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
- Copy GApps and crDroid zip to your external SDCard
- Boot into Recovery

- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET
- Reboot
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:

Download link for Osprey in the OP doesn't work by clicking on it. There is an extra "h" at the beginning of the address. Worked if i copy and pasted it and removed the h.
Hi! Im new modding the Moto G3 (i have the Merlin Version) And i would like to know if with these roms, the battery last longer or less than with Stock rom.

this rom for huawei y6 scc-u21?
Flashed it on SCC-U21 , Booted up but SIMs aren't being detected , camera works , and the performance is good (still fresh out of boot)
Would be nice to see a solution for the IMEI/SIM problem
Ps : IMEI Is doesn't show up when using *#06# ,Also orientation is still bugged
Also destructosphere's LineageOS 14.1 Dated 16-4 Has SIMs working with my phone , maybe you could look into that

persist.radio.multisim.config=dsds
Save and reboot system.

we need to do wipes before flashing? because on installation guide it isn´t necesary. Its stable for a daily driver?

Clean flash is recommended,
avoid issue.
2x option as well as the portrait mode is not coming.
I've checked it both as MaGISK module and also flashed it via TWRP. no luck
im in nougat..must to flash stock oreo to flash this rom ?
