nvram warning err = 0x02 on blu R1 HD - BLU R1 HD Questions & Answers

Hey guys! It's me again! I've just solved my imei problem, thanks to mrmazak, now I solved it, I've noticed that I have another problem... When I get into the wifi settings it gaves me this message: nvram warning err = 0x02 like an available network and this change my mac adress anytime I restart the phone....
I've been reading and the problem is caused by flashing (like I did) with SPFT in format all option....
Can anyone make a back up (with trwp) of the nvram files of the blu R1 HD and attach it to this thread to restore the information?
I hope you can help me!

I have not fixed this error before but the solution in the following link seems correct. At least easy to try.

Sorry but posting nvram from my phone would share my serial number and imei with the whole internet and I don't want to have my numbers band from my carrier. I know I'm over concerned. I will be working on changing the numbers and making a generic backup when my phone cones back from repair next week.

i dont have access to the phone to make twrp backup but here are the files copied with miracle box. And restore-able with either sp flash tool or miracle.
nvram and nvdata
you will need to rename them your scatter file "file_name:" and/ or change the "is_download: true"
temporary links. will expire 12-1-2016
REMOVED
REMOVED
you still need to use maui meta to get your own imei back after this.

please help, green line on the screen

hi,
last night i connect my ds7 to the computer and in the internal memory was a file named 'driver.rar' i deleted the file and disconnect the device.
since i disconnect,there is a green line in the screen.i reboot the device,formate,factory reset..nothing..still a green line
i dont think is a hardware problem
i need your help
Need more info. What ROM are you on? Have you done a factory reset?
yes i did
nd im on 3.2
Flash a custom ROM, if it doesn't help, then you have a bad display.

are you sure?everything started since i deleted the driver.rar from the internal sdcard
It's a concidence, android cant even read rar files without downloaded apps.
You can make a blank file named driver.rar and it cant tell the difference
I dont want to install custom rom
can i reinstall 3.2?
How can i be sure that is a bad display?
i think you dont understand me.
i removed "drivers.rar" from the root dir

Step #6 asks to copy Drivers.zip not Drivers.rar, there is a difference. Like TheManii states, a DS7 can't read a "rar" file, only a special app made for that purpose can.
I don't have any "rar" files on my DS7 but do have such files on my PC.
Drivers.zip is a folder that comes with a new DS7 although there a few that claim that it didn't.

Its a coincidence. Trust us.
You can tell if its a bad display if by after a factory reset you still see it or if you install a custom ROM and still see it.
If you aren't going to listen to us, when three people have answered your question, why are you here?:highfive:
i cant install custom rom cuz i do not have the "driver" in step 6
factory reset didnt work
please help...
by the way
just now i understand that i did factory data reset and not factory reset
update
i install cm9 rom and still have a green line on the screen

EFS help

Hello,
if anybody is able to share his EFS, please share it. I've tried modifying many "nv_data.bin" sample files but I couldn't get the IMEI to show something in any case. CVXCVX tried to repair my phone with his tools but still, no success.
I desperately need to fix my N7000 so please try to help somehow. For more info, please read the thread from my signature.

It seems that app won't work if your EFS is lost without a backup. I haven't tried it though.

this can only be repaired with a special JTAG,same that can fix soft bricks.this jtag can rewrite the imei.dont try other methods, this is the only one working.start looking for a service with this tool.here in romania costs about 10 euros....

Thread owner should have mentioned that he bought a new eMMC chip and had it soldered on the MB (he hints at his project where this was discussed).
So all the normal possible solutions didn't work.
So maybe something went wrong when soldering.
Or if using a new eMMC chip on a Samsung board this needs some special "initialization" of the chip.
Or each chip has an hard coded IMEI inside, so that using backups or the polish repair with the old IMEI won't work.
(Added an answer here because I think the thread soon will moved to Q&A)
Have you tried the method described in this thread? Hidden Menu enabler tool + IMEI restore method

just find an early rom which has efs. img and flash through odin. It will give you what you need, except for original emei. That you can get Samsung or Polish way
edit, finding that rom will be difficult, but its out there
edit here it is
http://www.sammobile.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3136
It will change your csc, but you can change that by flashing the csc file of your rom of choice, then the *#272*youremei# dial. Note do this on safe kernel only

I have tried installing a 2.3.6 ROM but I still had no IMEI. Maybe the ROM didn't had efs file like the one you've mentioned. I'll try it so thanks anyways...
yeah flash efs file after flashing the rom separately. Set clear efs to yes.
all at own risk

What i8190 version have you got. Regular or N/L version?
Have you tried stock rom with odin yet?
If you did use odin, did you flash stock recovery first, or was it included in the firmware package?

Try go to servicemenu. Somewhere in there there's a choice to restore/rebuild NV_Data. Don't know if it works, but it might be worth a try

I don't have stock rom now so I can't guide you through the whole menu, but lets get you started..
First open up dialpad and enter *#0011#
A screen with RF status or something will appear.
Now use your menu-key to bring up some uptions and choose "back".
Now I don't remember if that will take you to default servicemenu or if you have to go back one more time using the menu-key once again.
Anyway..I think option to restore NV_Data is somewhere under the debug menu..
You'll have to browse the menus back and fourth, couse I can't remember where it is exactly. I just know it's in there somewhere
when i pushed nv rebuild :
MENU NOT EXIST
PRESS BAC KEY
Current command is 3335
omg i didnt thought that such small drivers update is such a pain in a**
by now i have no more ideas how to bring back my baseband from XXXX to normal
but as i think modem.bin is responsible for that
DAMN!
So whats missing?
Do you have root so you can look for /modemfs & /efs-folder?
thread closed
tys0n RESPECT :good:
worked nv rebuild at 2nd time
phone said - rebuilded, pls restart.
again MEGA thnx

Need help from someone with a rooted P9.

Hello guys,
Short story, I bricked my phone, recovered with DC Phoenix but it erased 3 partitions which are vital to getting a network on phone.
I am looking for 3 backup files for:
modemnvm_factory
modemnvm_backup
modemnvm_system
If someone can upload those files from their rooted phone, it will be very much appreciated.
Long story:
Recently I bricked my P9 EVA-AL10 and unbricked it using DC Phoenix using factory rom (Method 2). But after unbricking, there is no network. It sometimes catches a signal but the signal is dropped after a while and it doesn't recover again. I had a TWRP backup but unfortunately it doesn't backup all the partitions.
I had been looking for a fix for quite sometime now, contacted the DC Unlocker team but they didn't have a fix. I saw another thread here where users had unbricked their Huawei Mate8 using the same method as me to have same issue as me. I followed that thread and one user pointed out that reflashing the partitions: modemnvm_factory, modemnvm_backup and modemnvm_system fixed this problem.
Here is the link to that post: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=70464694&postcount=50
I am here to beg someone with a rooted P9 preferably on EVA-AL10 or EVA-L29 to upload those 3 files so I can fix my phone which I haven't been able to use for a while.
Those partitions do contain device IMEI so please PM me because you don't necessarily want those file in public. I have no use for these details as I will be repairing the IMEI again.
I will be very glad if some kind soul can help a brother out.
You will need a rooted P9 and you can take backup for those 3 partitions using this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ma.wanam.partitions
Can someone please help
Anyone please?
Please help guys
I would help but I have the L09
Guys please help me out. I am willing to pay decent via paypal if I can get my phone working again.
Bump, please help!
Please help guys.
I'm still looking for someone to help me.
Please help!
Anyone please help. FML.

I have tried many firmwares including stock ones, no luck. Also did a lot of factory resets. I just need to flash those erased partitions to have my phone working again and stock roms don't contain image for the partitions I'm looking for... or else I would have extracted those images and flash it on my phone and be done.

Hey, Thank you so much!
I won't use your IMEI at all. The partition you upload has IMEI info but I will repair IMEI with HCU again since it will say 0000... on my phone after I flash the partition files you upload. I have my own IMEI and IMEI2 and I actually want my own IMEI to be on my phone.
I am from the United Kingdom.
Your phone will remain working forever because you will just take backups and I won't use your IMEI. But I wont recommend you posting these files in public. You can PM me.
If you have rooted P9, just download this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ma.wanam.partitions

Upload them to mega.co.nz or any host of your choice.
