Hello all!
I recently bought the ZUK Z2 and wanted to unlock the bootloader. So i followed the guide on this site, wich redirects you to developer(dot)zuk(dot)com/bootloader where you have to create an account.
But when i want to sign up, the first thing you have to fill in is your phone number, but whatever i try it always end up with a red border meaning it is not correct.
Does anyone have experience with this? Are there any suggestions?
I've tried:

- Country code 6########
- Country code6########
- etc.

Unfortunetly, when i fill in a email address the outlining also turns red. When i continue anyway, the error is "Input Error, Please Try Again"

I also tried tempmail but that didn't work either. That would be understandable though, because sometimes the site blocks those weird domain names.
Do you have any suggestion for an email provider?

I tried that too, but no luck. Perhaps it is not Chinese stuff only?
Altough i've seen multiple people on here with a custom ROM, i would be surprised if all of them would be Chinese.
From purely my experience and not to offend anyone. My ID had . in between for example [email protected], what I realized was that even if you type [email protected] i.e, without the . website would accept it. Try it out and it may workout, I think its to do with the period before the @ symbol.

I tried with a period somewhere before the @, but unfortunately it didn't work. But atleast i now know that a gmail account should work.

You can make a Lenovo account, and this is valid for zuk page.

The website does not seem to be working atm.
Please request for the bootloader unlocking via email to [email protected].
Dont forget to include the serial number of your phone.

I bought ZUK Z2 PRO in EU warehouse with International language support/ROM without OTA.
The issue is that Uhealth sensors/UV sensors is not supported. I found on net Uhealth apk and installed, but now it asks me to use with ZUK account. Unfortunately I can not register nor login - servers are not found or something. I tried crossVPN, rocketVPN but none of these help.
Is there a way to use Uhealth app on International ROM?

I was able to create ZUK account finally. But when I open U health app, it says I'm connected to ZUK account but nothing is happening

I made with QQ account. Work with european phone number.
So yeah, I'd like to upload new version of module but when I am trying to login (clicking XDA logo) it gives me 502 error. I've tried using other browsers (Chrome, Edge) and other devices that are not connected to the same network (Android phone with LTE) - always the same error at the same address (http://repo.xposed.info/user/xdalogin)
What should I do now? Just wait? Or maybe it IS problem on my side?

If I create id in "uniportal.huawei.com", I can't log in to "emui.huawei.com". But if i register from "emui.huawei.com" and wait 14 days, I still can't get the code... What to do ?? Please do tell...

Here are the instructions. You first have to register and then go to the unlock request page. It should give you the code right away if you have registered your Huawei user account. If there is some kind of region block you can use VPN.
Some places on the internet it says that you have to write and ask them to send you the code, but that is old information. It is a fully automated procedure now. You don't need to ask them.

huawei has messed up with the update we are not able to get bootloader unlock code with the website always says error even you give the correct details contact their support once they might help you.

However, when I go to https://emui.huawei.com/en/plugin/unlock/index it just says "Page not found". No matter what browser I use.

Exactly. You can see the link in the cached site on Google. I think they took it down. Hopefully just for maintenance.
I was going for an unlock on different Huawei model and can confirm the site is NOT WORKING.

Well,if you have a Mate 10,you can still unlock it ,but you have to pay 4 euro.Look for DC-Unlocker.
I went onto Twitter and @huaweiUK requested the unlock bootloader code for me.
Thank you! I have a Mate 10 pro. Do you know if it works with that model? Do I Need to use DC unlocker or DC phoenix for that? I already frp unlocked my fathers phone (also Mate 10 pro) using DC phoenix. He bricked it due to no data decrypting TWRP beeing available back then and Messing around in /System. BTW, thank you very much for your hard work offering the decrypting TWRP!
I am afraid that the already low development for this phone won't increase much if they block official unlocking now

Yeah, they asked me for IMEI, Serial Number and Product code. They said they would request it and send it to my email or as a PM on twitter - I requested Email - and it would take upto 2 days.

Yes it does.I never asked Huawey for my code,and i have a Mate 10 Pro.DC Phoenix is not needed,just DC_Unlocker orHCU Client.Use HCU Client and request BL Code,then you could use that tool to unlock or directly fastboot with:

i haven't recieved my code yet, thats okay cause they told me it could take 7 days. Just wanted to point out this method is not giving you the code instantly.

But why? It's our phone and we're free to do whatever we want abour it. Is it because they gather data from their stock ROMS and flashing LOS based roms will defer that? Lol

Send an email here requesting a bootloader unlock code
Write information like Model number, IMEI, Serial number.
Here's it's explained what information you have to provide and how to get it.
