When Invoked doesn't allow me to save VPN or Disconnect from a VPN - Smart Unlock

The VPN will connect, but the details won't save or stay on the screen (not that the VPN is connected):

If I manage to stop Smart Unlock it will allow me to save it, but Smart Unlock appears to restart itself.
When I go to uninstall the app, it won't let me uninstall. When I go to Device Administrator, it will not let me Deactivate.
What is the name of the .apk, as I'm prepared to delete it at root level (BTW, I'm using the paid version).

Some settings are managed by your administrator and can't be changed by you

I get this message in my settings. There's no device admins or work profiles. It persists when flashing another firmware so I think it's maybe Knox MDM? Only thing I've found that it prevents me from changing is the device assistance app, which is grayed out and when I hold the home button it gives a toast with the same message (picture #2 below). Any ideas on how to remove it or possibly use ADB to change the device assistance app? Thanks

Those WPS wifi apps are basically useless anyhow, unless you live somewhere where there's a lot of old routers being used there's no point in using any of those WPS wifi "hacking" apps anyway.

How to disable "unlock app" prompt when accessing settings?

Every time I access any phone setting like to try to switch wifi on or off, or toggle data I'm prompted to type a pin or fingerprint before I can do that. It's extremely tedious, how do I disable this feature?

Question VPN settings magically disappeared

So I wanted to go into VPN settings just now, but couldn't find it anywhere in system settings.
It's just not there anymore.
My VPN app still runs without any issues though, but I found it very weird.
I didn't delete any system apps nor freezed any afaik.
Anyone got an idea what caused this possibly?
