Japanese (日本語) Stock Samsung Keyboard (From SC-02B AKA I9000)

The stock keyboard from the SC-02B and Japanese I9000 has been plucked and packed into a nice zip file that you can easily flash in CWM Recovery.

I have tested this and it works AWESOME in Cognition 3.02 without any problems. This will not replace your current Samsung keyboard, but simply adds a second one.
This is by far more smooth than simeji or any other market IME keyboard. No visible lag with dictionary results.

Weird Quick Charge screen!!

I usually do not use/see my phone while charging, but today I've got a SMS notification and found a strange charging screen over the lock screen with advertising on it!!

I'm pretty sure that this was happening before the update to MM!!
googling around I have found posts about a specific app addded by Asus, could it be that Lenovo did the same?
I didn't found anything strange on my phone apps list
I have runned a full scan with Dr. WEB and it didn't found anything
I am almost sure ( Smiley Happy ) that I didn't install crappy apps, but I may have inadvertingly followed a couple of adv links..
Anyone else is having such screen on MotoG2 with MM? How can I serach for the app showing that screen?
This evening I'll check on my wife's MotoG2...

I have found the (f******g) app: ES App Locker!!
Anobody knows a similar tool? For sure I will not reinstall this one!! And I'm going to give it ONE star right now!!
Addendum: while posting the review on the store I've seen that v1.1.1 was released yesterday... I'm ready to bet that it's this current version that has added this undesiderable feature...

Custom Rom

Hi @ all.
Im pretty new to "android auto".
I recently bought this device:

Its ok for that price and i wanted to give it a try.
Im pretty happy, but there are two little problems:
-theres a little "noise" on low volume(i think the cheap hardware's causing it) but i can live with that for that price
- software... It seems to be android 4.4.2 with some pre installed apps.
Some of them ive already uninstalled with root apps.
But overall, im not happy with it, theres also the radio app which starts every start automaticly.
So the main question is, is there any possibility to install a custom rom?

In your settings there should be some information listed which will say something like MTCB or MTCC or MTCD thats the first important part to deciding which rom you can run. The picture in this thread should help you find it.

i want to share my experience about debloater Samsung Note 9 today, yup i just got it second hand just today
after i failed to follow this thread by Akafaze i tried other methods, which accidently using this amazing tools by mauronofrio, and it worked on my Note9 SM-N960F/DS, but before it works i follow this very useful link, after 2 files downloaded and installed, i finally got my Note9 detected on Tools All In One, i choose Generic Device on the first window on that App

and then i just click on APK uninstaller, and vice versa...

I'm a new subscriber here. But I already followed your forum to test my first android root>lineage with an old xperia ray and it works now without any gapps (an emergency phone when one breaks for instance).
I don't have windows (I quit in 2004 to linux and now an old good unibody macbook pro for everyday and linux for "noobgeeking".
I'm used to use iphone but I'm looking for quiting since I'm bored of a centralized system. I don't usually like android because of gapps and tracking but I discovered - thanks to you- a way to be "independent". Vollaphone and it's multiboot vollaos/ubuntutouch is sexy to me: I'm going to buy one, I think so.
