Theme chooser tells me that the theme was improperly compiled and cannot be applied.
Also... what font do you use in your screenshots ? I love it.

Headphone indicator isn't beats audio sign for me. My status bar isn't black like in screenshots ither.

INSTALLATION
Make sure you installed latest CM11/AOSPA/AOKP release.
Download the theme, install it, go to Settings => Themes = > Theme packs
Find the Android L - Style Theme and click it.
Select all checkboxes you want and hit update.
Reboot twice. Done!

i don't know why but your theme not appear on huawei theme,i put it inside Huawei -- Themes folder,but still not appear on huawei theme.
