Click to collapse
All the standard gapps and the system apps, nothing more. Now i'm doing the battery test through AnTuTu tester and i'll post the final result here. However the screen overheats just a bit and '' Multimedia Systems ' are always under the Android System in '' Battery Stats ''' . I don't know what to do and what could be the problem. I updated also to the Nougat 7.1 update official of OxygenOS.

I lost 4% on 9hrs of standby overnight. Is is bad or normal?
OnePlus 3T
128 Gunmetal
Rogers Network

Im on MM and loosing significant power while I listen to music. On standby its good.
Just installed greenify, wakelock detector lets see what I can find. I might just roll back to 3.5.3 I heard that build is better with battery life

Yes same here. But update to oxygen 4.0 has changed things. Also using this app called DU battery saver. Give a try.

Battery Draining: Please share your Battery_Use>Display % info

Hi, I'm having a problem regarding battery draining issue, no matter Eclair 2.1 or Froyo 2.2, I left my SGS fully charge 100% at 12am and find out it only left 75% at 6am. So you guys can imagine how suffer I am to survive using this phone especially on heavy use. But I really love this phone
The main culprit which I believe is the Display which consumes high power as you can see in my snapshot bellow
I would like to ask your favor to share what is your Display % and Do you have any battery draining problem?
You can find the % info as below
Settings>About Phone>Battery use>Display
Do you have any suggestion how to solve this? Or any recommended ROM that can fix it?
Terima kasih. Thank you. 谢谢. Obrigado. Gracias. Спасибо. Vielen Dank. Dank u. Shukran

More info:
**I've tried the batterystats.bin fix
**I've closed all background running programs
Currently I'm using i9000, Froyo 2.2 xxJPK, rooted, OCLF v2.1, standard TWLauncher
Have you tried turning off 3G and WiFi overnight?
I get the impression that "Display" actually covers everything other than Cell Standby, Wifi, and Phone Idle.
Use the test menu *#*#4636#*#* from the dialler to get more detailed battery history, especially check the CPU usage stats as a runaway process may be chewing through the battery.

[Q] lollipop battery problems

Does anybody know if the .726 firmware has any issues with low battery life and overheating?? I have the update available but i didn't do it because i red that many z3 compact-lollipo users had problems with battery life. Thanks
Battery Issues
I had an issue when I installed it, battery life was terrible the first day. Something about Mobile Radio Active... I turned off Queue Background Data in Power Management and it seems to be better now. I haven't had any issues with overheating, although I might not be the best person to ask, cause I'm not really a heavy user. Just every day apps.
I installed the update immediately because I got sick of not being able to do anything with my sd card! I don't really see any other reason, so if you don't wanna risk it, don't update!
EDIT: Ignore what I said, battery is still terrible. It appears that lollipop's battery stats is just bad. There is something wasting my battery and I have no idea what

I upgraded my gf z3 to lollipop and the damn phone overheats constantly and has an insane battery drain. It usually drops to 40% by 8 or so for her on normal usage (she barely uses it) but since the update it dies before 9pm. There is something seriously wrong with this and I'll continue looking into this. Really aggravating. And the heat is unbearable.

[Q] Huge battery drain

Hello XDA community. I bought my HTC One about 5 days ago and I have noticed a really bad battery drain.
I know this isn't the first thread complaining about this issue, 'cause the first thing I did was search for a fix to this problem. Sadly none of the solutions I found worked for me.
When I use the phone like a normal person would do (Browse some web pages, check facebook, listen to music etc.) the phone discharges really fast (Like 1 percent per two minutes or three). And when I leave the screen off the battery doesn't consume that fast (I left my phone uncharging when I went to sleep and after 10 hours it took about 10 percent of the battery which I think is pretty acceptable)
I've tried:
- Calibrating the battery (http://forums.androidcentral.com/ve...ry-charger-reset-procedure-htc-one-m7-m8.html)
- Using AppsOpps to prevent Google Play Services from waking up the device.
- Using Greenify to hibernate the apps that may drain the battery.
- Using Amplify to manage and edit/disable wakelocks, alarms and services.
Basically everything in this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/guide-extreme-battery-life-t3095884)
- Changing the ROM
- Flashing a new Kernel
- Perform a Factory Reset.
I'm currently using the AndroidRevolutionHD Rom based on Sense 6 running Android 5.0.2 and using the ElementalX kernel.
Here are some screenshots of my battery usage:

Hello All,
I am new to xda forum, this is my first thread. I am having a serious battery draining problem with my new Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Duos (SM-N9208) running Android 6.0.1. My phone's Android OS is draining a lot of power during idle hours. After a full charge I put my phone into sleep mode closing every apps that can run in background as well as turning of WiFi, Bluetooth, Data Connection, NFC etc. But after around 4 hours when I turn the phone on my battery level dropped to 65% from 100%. From the battery usage screen I found that during this 4 hours Android OS has consumed 62% of the battery. I am totally surprised to see this. I have no game installed on my phone as well as I use a few basic apps like Facebook, Messenger etc. I have no idea what's going on with my phones battery in sleep mode. I have attached some screenshots from the battery usage screen which might help you to understand the issue. I am badly looking for a permanent solution to this problem since I can't go anywhere without a power bank with the phone to keep it running. Please help me out of this problem. Any kind of suggestions, tips or tricks are welcomed.
have you rooted your phone or is there a chance that it was already rooted by the seller? seems like a deep sleep problem to me.

Battery drain after update to Android 12

Hi there,
I have a S10 Spanish version (PHE). I have installed the last OTA update. (see software details at the end of this post)
Since then I have experienced battery drain. I consume twice more than before the update.
I use to charge my phone up to 75% and I use it until the end of the day (08:00 PM) with 25% remaining. Since the update to android 12, I am at 25% battery remaining at 02:00 PM.
After updating, I have boot in recovery wipe the cache. I have tried to wipe again the cache and run the Repair App. Same issue.
I have look to the "battery & maintenance care" and no app looks to consume more than before the update.
I have also done a "Reset App preferences" and reboot multiple time the device.
I use Tinycore for years and for CPU frequency since android 10. I can see that the frequency never stay to the minimum, always between 30% and 50%. Before update it use to be at minimum when idle but screen on. --> I am totally unable to figure out what generate this CPU usage.
BTW, when the phone is idle with screen off, I do not have the battery drain issue. Only have battery drain when I use the phone (Screen on)
How can I sort this out?
How can I diagnose the culprit app or service?
As a specificity, I use Package Disabler Pro.
Thanks for your help.
