REMINDER
If you're having issues and want to submit a report (logcat) please make sure you are reporting from the stock kernel, not a modified kernel. Modified kernels can break or fix, even improve things. It depends. I can't get a full clue of the issue when you're not running the original kernel.

Yes, I just realized it crashes; if you can take a logcat I can try to find the issue and solve it. Anyway I'll look into the issue later today when I have time.

If you can restrict the logcat to errors only you would save me a lot of time (actually 19.6MB of text are almost unreadable).
This app is very useful: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pluscubed.matlog; you can choose from the menu to show (and save) errors only.
Try to replicate the issue and then go to save the logcat.
Thank you!

Waaay better, I have already isolated the error and I'll look into that.
By the way, you should remove the link to the other log as it contains way too much (and I mean sensitive data).

Camera full work?

Camera is working good for me only think not working is bluetooth calls i get no sound
Sent from my SM-G935W8 using XDA-Developers Legacy app

I usually don't bother with Aosp/Cm roms for Exynos but this Rom has been the best thing that ever happened to my S7 edge. It's basically like having a Pixel phone. Been using this for a couple of days and so far no errors for me. Camera quality is nice and I never do video recordings apart on Snapchat and it does FC Snapchat if you try to take a video. Early days but overall solid effort. This is a perfect daily driver. And I haven't noticed any overheats as well. Thank you for bringing AOSP performance to our Exynos phone ?

New build with fixed charging while phone is turned off:
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=745425885120700355
I don't know if I'll compile today as the only change in our sources are the switch to stock APNs, it depends if I manage to fix/improve something myself today.

No.
So, I am obviously missing something. Every AOSP rom that I try just hangs at a black screen during boot. Never even a boot animation. Running Alliance TW rom just fine in slot 1.
G900V retail (not dev edition).
Can someone clue me in on where my derp moment is here? I'd love to be running CM or Liquid..
Thx.
Edit: After waiting at black screen, I notice that my power button does make the capacitive buttons illuminate, and i am getting some sound too. But black screen.

* Fixed MMS for U.S. Cellular users
* Added missing links to firmware files (this should help battery drain)
* A bunch of upstream updates
Jan 2
** So if this still has FC issues i'm stumped because it works great here **
* Fixed wifi issue (it was actually fixed in the 2nd release of the Jan 1 build but figured I would mention again)
* Reverted back to NuPlayer as it was causing issues in facebook and other things
* Cherry-pick a more correct bluetooth fix by Steve (cyanogen) so bluetooth *might* be fixed while still using NuPlayer now but I say might as I don't have a BT device to test right now
* Any Upstream changes at time of compile..
Jan-1, 2015
** Happy New Year **
* AudioFX works correctly now
* Enabled the "Low Latency Playback Primary" audio flag which seems to fix that random annoying buzzing that comes out of the speaker randomly when you unlock your device
* Major cleanup of the RIL code. Removed all the obsolete code, also removed a "hack" we all had to use when lollipop came out as a correct fix has been merged upstream
* Camera: added the parameter to enable taking snapshots while recording a video
* Re-Enabled Performance profiles/menu (although CPU settings are not there yet)
* Speed up boot by booting with "performance" profile and switching to balanced or user selected after boot is completed
* Enabled "Proximity Wake" Support although I don't know how to use it nor if it works.
* Fixed Bluetooth music playback underrun (stutter) issues by switching back to awesome playber in favor of NuPlayer. This will be revisited at a later date.
* Might be because I did a full wipe but the 3-dot overflow button for menu is back in Chrome
* Upstream: Feature to change illumination duration for the hardware keys has been added
* Any other upstream changes between the last release and time of compile
Dec 21
* Android 5.0.2 r1
* Option to change app switch/recents key to menu is back (check Settings>Buttons)
* Circle battery icon has been re-merged
* A lot of bluetooth fixes were merged including the ones I cherry-picked in the last release to fix the crashing
* Any changes in the past nightlies will be in this also any upstream changes at the time of compile.
Dec 14
* Cherry-picked a few changes to possibly fix the bluetooth bugs (I really think this will sort itself out as there are over 100 commits on gerrit related to audio/bluetooth/av playback waiting to be merged
* Switched A2DP output sampling rate to 48Htz has this is the default now
* Any upstream changes at time of compile (like battery percentage)
Dec 12
* Updated configuration for network services per other devices
* Fixed issue with CDMA devices where it would not find their APN or display carrier on lock screen. This should also fix some SMS/MMS issues on CDMA carriers.
* Cherry-picked a possible fix to the bluetooth manager crashing issue.
* Any other CM updates at time of build
** CDMA devices are compiling... If your device's build is not in the build archive simply check back later..
Dec 7
* Fixed the WiFi issue from previous build
* Volume wake added
* Adaptive brightness added
* Custom font size added
* Audio improvements
* Any other updates by CM
** As always this is a staggered release. klte first then the rest. If you don't see a build for your device check back in an hour
Dec 5
* Android 5.0.1
* Home wake was officially merged
* Updated bluetooth permissions to match other similar devices to try and narrow down the BT freezing issue
* Lowered bluetooth disable delay to the default AOSP value of 100ms
* Added MMS UAProf for Claro PR to try and resolve MMS messages failing to send.
* Fixed bug where APN Settings menu was missing on some CDMA carriers
* Weather info/conditions on notification panel (cherry-picked from CM gerrit)
* Browser drawables updated to "material design" (cherry-picked from CM gerrit)
* Any other upstream CM updates at the time of compile
** As always this is a staggered release. klte first then the rest. I will update the links as time permits. Sometimes the builds "may" be on the server before I update the link. Thats why if you notice I have added a "Build archive" link next to each direct build link. that will take you directly to the release folder for that device type...Sometimes there may be a slight delay between when they are available on the site and I update the links...
Dec 1 - Build9
* After this build i'm gonna stop giving them numbers and just go by date....
* Added Home button wake
Nov 30 - Build8
* Fixed bootloops on some devices by mounting /efs and /persist later in boot sequence
* Removed depreciated WAKE_DROPPED flags from keylayout files
* Some minor GPS HAL updates (mainly for AGPS status)
* Enabled large memory heap for Trebuchet
* Updated Adreno Drivers to those from the 5.0 leak. These seem to fix the camera FC issue with dark shots. Also Google Camera seems a lot more stable... CM camera will get there...
* Enabled all the FFmpeg codecs
* Upstream: Fixed Dialer FC when you hang up before the other person answers
Nov 26 - Build7
* SMS FC fixed
* Other upstream updates
* FFmpeg has been added by CM team (re-added)
* Played around with wifi services to try and get Tethering working (no success here)
** NOTE: This is a staggered release... klte is first...then spr then usc.. i still have to do dv. I need to work out a better system for releasing so i can just release all 3 builds at once. I hate manual uploading... so as soon as the build is done its on the server and it seems some people like to check the server every 5 mins : so the cat always gets out of the bag before i post the links and then people are confused. So for now i'll just do it this way..
Nov 25 - Build6
* CDMA Support!!!! - initially only for kltespr but klteusc will be rolling out in the coming hours
* A few new(old) cm features like Double tap status bar to sleep
* Any other upstream changes by CM
Nov 24 - Build5
**** All my fixes have been merged by CM team. We are now using 100% STOCK CM SOURCE ****
* Updated NFC configs to conform with lollypop changes. Should help battery life
* Set Long-Press on HOME key to launch search assistant (google now)
* Add missing DivX DRM lib
* Cleanup Camera HAL code (camera starts faster)
* Updated audio_policy.conf to conform with lollypop standards (Just cleans up the log)
* Enabled Multiple user support
* Some more video playback fixes from upstream
* Updated media_codecs.xml to match others
Nov 21 - Build4
** NOTE ** : Today marks my parents 26th wedding anniversary make their day with a donation so I can take them out to dinner. I'm disabled and make $733 a month from the government... pffft
* Updated widevine drm libs to lollypop. This fixes video playback with Play Movies and TV and possibly FB and others.
* Trebuchet was merged (although the apk is still under the name of Launcher3) if you do a long press on your home screen you will see all the new settings come up
* Got to stop using some hacks in frameworks/av and a hack for mpdecision. So thats always nice
* Any other upstream changes..
Nov-20 - Build 3
* Was doing some cleanup and realized one of our adreno lib files was from an older release version. So fixed that up.
* More work on video playback
* Superuser got an icon!
* A lot of under-the-hood upstream frameworks changes. Probably nothing the end user will notice but they/we are gearing up in prep of adding all the old CM features back in...
** NOTE: i'll try and get it on the MIRROR ASAP... it will be under the klte/dev folder
Nov-19
* FLAC Audio and other audio formats besides MP3 should play now.
* Downloads App doesnt crash anymore
* Probably others i'm tired....

Make sure you have Wipe all system/data, and if you downloaded the ROM entirely for the variant you use. You can also try to reinstall TWRP.
However if you still can't install the ROM, you may post on the thread to ask some help.
• Can I install this Builds on another variant ?

It's not recommended at all to makr that (Soft Brick risk)
• Can I install TouchWiz Apps on this CM Build ?

For now it's not currently possible, know that TouchWiz Apps are using Samsung Framework to work, this framework is not included on this CM Build.

A300FU has 1.5gb RAM whereas A300F only has 1gb RAM. It has some differences so the A300F build probably won't work with your device.
What's frustrating is that a CM12.1 ROM was finally made when my device broke
Thanks for answer me, any chance to build FU version?

You awesme @mygalaxya ! You made CM for a3 too, nice job!!!!
Hi all!
I released the build for A300F, download link on first post. Your feedbacks are welcome!
Hi @mygalaxya, what an awesome news! As I got the FU variant I will wait for you to release a compatible build but YEAH so many thanks for bringing CM to the A3 I waited for it so much!
I can't help you much as I am not Dev at all but I can bring French translation if needed (I did it a lot for other builds on other phones) please ask if useful to you!
Thanks again and can't wait to test it on FU variant!

Hi, you can try to install it on the FU variant to see if it boot, but i'm not sure,
And btw., I am french too
No risk to brick it forever attempting this way ? I think there is only one difference in RAM size between both devices... but this is quite a big difference anyway ?

Just softbrick. You still can boot into your twrp recovery if rom fails. But first make sure you have a working twrp recovery and made backup using twrp so you can restore where you left off on your TW.
OK, I'll try ASAP and let you know how it goes!
Looking fwd for a reply from smw who installed it on a 300FU.
Just rooted, installed TWRP and backed-up my 300FU, and hopefully this ROM might be gold for it.
If i have some time, maybe I will try it myself, although my dev skills are pretty limited, so other than "it works!" and "dammit, bootloop.." I can't provide any valuable feedback.

Don't worry, i'll try to adapt it to A300FU and other variants since it is stable
A300-H
I flash A3F version to A3H(sm-a300h) and have surprised because rom booted up and working without any crashes.
Problems:
Wi-Fi not working but it's can be fixed by replacing /system/lib/modules/wlan.ko by attached one.(it's from stock rom)
Device won't charging(it actually do but CM doesn't react when charger is connected and to update the battery status you must reboot device)
Vibration doesn't working
Auto-rotate screen not working
At the moment, that's all.

Solution for all fingerprint issues (will add to OP as well):
So I had several issues both on my phone and others, even wiping data didn't work, the solution afetr digging in is actually really simple and works 100%.
1. Download latest Oreo stock fastboot from Xiaomi
2. Flash using miflash with full wipe and lock
3. Once you get to setup wizard don't setup anything, reboot back to bootloader
4. Flash userdata image from august nougat stock
5. Format userdata to get correct userdata size
6. Boot latest TWRP and flash latest Pixel Rom
7. Flash TWRP (optional)
8. Reboot into recovery and flash latest magisk (optional)
After this all 5 fingerprint work fine including delete, no more left over fingerprint after deleting, solution is permanent unless you downgrade to nougat stock, then you have to do the procedure again.

Thanks a lot.
Been waiting for this for so long! Thanks @sooti! I based my Pixel 2 Experience module on this ROM and I'm glad to see it available for our phone already. Will flash later!
Quick question, does this include necessary system apps like RCSService for RCS support?
Now trees released and ROMs would be raining right now
Awesome! Thanks man! ?

Wow. I'm waiting for this for so long. Enjoyed it a lot on my Redmi Note 4 (mido). Thank you to all devs here and there!
Does anybody have tried it? I'm tempted to flash it right away but now I need my phone to be working well right now.

Why though?
does this rom has notification bug like in RN4 ???
eg:-Change settings of notifications access of a app (take whatsapp here) then change setting of no notification tone from whatsapp setting and disable notification sound and save it
then still you will recive notifications (if it is still disabled from setting)and whatsapp notification tone will also work (disabled from whatsapp settings) and when you go to check in settings it will be resetted to default settings -______-
that my friend had and he is suffering from OCD -______-
if you know this you will understand what i am telling ?

If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you, Team Resurrection Remix and me quite some time.
Download the MatLog app from the Play Store.
After downloading the MatLog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into MatLog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the thread with a brief description of the error.

The wait is over for the official build. Gonna be downloading it Now
I think by far the best rom I've ever tasted. The only drawback is that of the microphone, which is heard really low. The only solution I found was to install a custom Kernel and modify the mic gain, but when I close the app, it sounds low again. If that problem could be solved I think I would be the only rom to do it... It is perfect.

The first thing you need to do is download some custom kernel, like Zeus kernel, and then flash.
1.- Download and install any kernel editor or manager (I used Ex Kernel Manager)
2.- Go to the tabs in the app and look for the "sound" section.
3.- Set microphone gain between 9 and 11
4.- Save Changes and find the option to start when you turn on the mobile.
Once this is done, it will start automatically when you turn on the phone. However, when you close the kernel Manager application you will lose the changes, so if you are sending an audio, try having the application in the background to make sure it works.

It basically depends on a few factors. The kernel used in RR is pure stock, no modifications for increasing charging speed and all.
Very beautiful custom, thank you!
after flashing .. every things is good .. the only issue is that is every reboot it says : ( there's an internal problem with your device. contact your manufacturer for details ) ..
