- Steps for flashing kernel:
I assume that you are already on a rooted device with TWRP 3.0.x.x installed,if not, useful posts on how to root and install twrp can be found on Xda,just do a search.
1 - enter recovery mode via twrp
2 - Wipe cache and Dalvick/ART cache ( important step or junk files will lead to internal conflicts like freeze lags or random reboots)
3 - Flash kernel and reboot,(it will bootloop once, just don't touch it and don't panic)
4 - After complete reboot, don't use the phone and let the kernel settle for 5 minutes for better hardware and firmware integration,if u use it while rebuilting cache and integrating, you may experience lags or freeze,so let it install comfortably before starting usage.
5 - after step 4 , you can use the kernel. A second reboot is advicable but not obligatory,it's up to you.
6- Enjoy Xtreme Kernel !

Having the same problem. Maybe because supersu is already installed? I wiped cache and dalvik cache and when I flash the zip it infinitely creates an image.

As it's based on CM11 it should support all variants CM support, so yes, it should.
But as I own an xt1032 I haven't tested, and I'm not familiar with any 1033 specific bugs the CM11 base has.
I'd appreciate your feedback, please.

First, THANKS (I'm gonna cry) for reporting your problem with a logcat and dmesg - lol.
It doesn't look like kernel related, and since Feyerabend got it working, it mustn't be. Try with a fresh & clean install (specially if you've been flashing other kernels, or stuff).

Man I tried a clean flash and wifi still doesn't turn on haha. Wonder what's causing the problem (for me at least)
(by clean flash I mean clean for new rom via philz, and flashing crdroid, after that flashing the kernel, and then rebooting)
Just flashed it, EVERYTHING works beautifully - WiFi, camera, network - EVERYTHING.
Thanks a lot Mr. Dev

I think you have copy pasted from somewhere. Some of things u mentioned all already there ( Like powersuspend, d.fsync and some more ). Doubletap to wake is already there in the stock kernel. Not sure why u need sweep. ( You should try the kernel and report if u felt any difference or if it is bad )

The first build that i uploaded has a small mistake as 2 of the features i had mentioned in the OP were not in the kernel. ( I had wrongly uploaded the build ). I have now updated it with the correct one. Users are requested to use the new build
Link updated in OP
Thanks

@Santhosh M, will you please update kernel with latest CyanogenMod commits ?
I am getting my device soon and then flash your kernel.

[KERNEL][5.1.1][GCC 5.3] Omni kernel (30/12/2015)

Overview:
This is a custom kernel based on Omni sources for our legendary i9000. This is only for 5.1.1 roms and no other version of android will be suppported
It seems to work on CodeROM too, thanks @falconscrest123
>The zip you will download is flashable via recovery but you have to disable signature verification
>> Use devil kernel manager or NStools to edit the kernel settings
Features :
- Multiple CPU governors (lulzactive, smartassV2, wheatley, lagfree, ondemandX)
- Tweaked smartassV2
- BFQ, Zen, VR & SIOPLUS I/O schedulers added
- Tweaked VR
- New TCP algorithms (westwood is default)
- Bigmem, up to 430mb
- Kernel compressed with XZ
- Compressed initramfs
- Dynamic page writeback
- Custom ARM & INT voltages
- Voltages fixed for more stable OC
- Selectable GPU OC
- Fast charge
- BLX
- Live OC
- FULL O3 optimisations
- Call volume hack
- Touchwake
- BLN
- Zram
- Swap / Zram optimisations
- LMK tweaks
- SLQB memory allocator
- NEON optimized crypto routines
- Voodoo color
- SquashFS support (module)
- EXfat support (module)
- 720p patched bigmem libs
- Built from the latest Omni source
- Built using custom Cortex-A8 optimized UBERTC 5.2.1 toolchain of @Cl3Kener
Todo:
- Make CGROUP_TIMER_SLACK work
- Brain F*ck Scheduler (well don't mind the censoring xD)
- GPU driver to DDK [email protected] ... for now it breaks everything
- Fixing the remaining issues. After a deeper look at the code, there are so much of things to do .... what a pity humberos left this device.
- You say ...
What I wont do :
- Enable TV out
- Upgrade linux version
- Add useless CPU governors or I/O schedulers
- Add CMA
If some developer wants to help me to add more features, go ahead!
Please use it at your own risk! I am not responsible for any damage that may occur to your device.

I haven't tested it. Reset your phone and try to delete all the .so files in the /system/lib/ directory of the flashable zip and then flash it again. It should work like that.

[KERNEL][G925FD/I][MM] N0G33K Kernel V4.0 - FEB 2017

Welcome to the N0G33K edition Kernel
This kernel is built on the idea of having optimized battery life and performance. A well made balance between these two is what you get.
Read this first
Please do not post requests, because this is my personal kernel and I won't add any stuff I do not want myself (i.e D2W, S2W, AOD, sound control etc). Also I won't add any other support for other devices. Last but not least: I don't reply to questions like: "which governor/scheduler is the best" etc. The choice is all yours.
PS: You need to root yourself (Magisk or SuperSU)
Features
Based on the latest G920FXXU5DPL4 kernel source
Added Linux 3.10.105
Tons of Governors and schedulers added
Compiled with Sabermod 7.0 GCC
Deep sleep and Google Play Services Fix
Enabled Permissive mode
Disabled Knox
Synapse Control
Entropy optimization
Scheduler Improvements
Binder Improvements
Idle Improvements
Other misc optimizations

Known issues:
- Probably Synapse "backup profile" doesnt work.
F.A.Q. - Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Synapse says no UCI detected
A: Install Busybox to system/xbin
Q: I had a reboot
A: Only report it here if you didn't undervolt and do it with a log.
A2: If you had random reboot without undervolting, then make a proper log please. Which means I need a last_kmsg from right after the reboot.
You create the log by using this command in adb shell or a terminal or use any 3rd party app like Syslog.
Code:
cat /proc/last_kmsg > /sdcard/last_kmsg.txt
Does this one work for G925F and will it be rooted?
I wish ppl would support w8. I'd be willing to donate for a good kernel
Will this work on the 925T

Love this kernel......great work
thank you for sharing your great kernel on the S6 community. Really loving your kernel for my S6 Edge. Running smooth. Keep it going great Kernel developer.
Inverted Sceen
I just flashed the kernel with flashify apk and after the reboot all the icons works in the opposite way. If I push the icon on the left side open the apk of the right side. It happens the same with the TWRP recovery. I tried to recover with the copy before the flash and nothing resolves. I have reinstalled the rom totally clean and nothing changes. G920F
Could you help me?

to bad, but thanks anyway.
First impressions - bit better standby drain than stock aex kernel, smooth, no problem with bt.
It's me or with this kernel OIS is gone again?
so this is good on AEX6 ?
Thanks for update, works great.
I'am on RR 6.2.1 on Zuk 2 pro. Want to move to AEX6. Think I need this kernel. Which is the right way to update?

install the rom, according to the instructions posted in the rom's thread.
when rom has installed, you can boot into that rom.
afterwards, if you desire, you can reboot into recovery and flash this kernel.
tried out kernel, wireguard works fine, basic governors been shown instead of schedutil governor, but no zen i/o scheduler
question: is it possible to include the mentioned scheduler back into kernel ? for now i try out the AEX PIE kernel completely before i step into other kernel (Grait Work btw!)

1. Schedutil is exclusive for EAS.
2. ZEN is outdated piece of, ugh, code. Use CFQ.
3. They won't be included "back" because they never were here in the first place and they aren't coming.
EAS is coming soon.
New update is live! Check second post for changelog
Thanks, will try asap. Just one curious question - is zRAM necessary since we have 6gigs available?

Yes, all OEMs ship with zram, even phones with 8gb ram. Android relies on zram for storing some rarely used data.
