Bluetooth APT-X with Moto X 2014 - X 2014 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi everyone,
i've problems with my apt-x bluetooth aux dongle and the moto x 2014.
Moto X: Sent Command - Discover
Dongle:Rcvd ResponseAccept - Discover - items: 1
Moto X: Sent Command - GetCapabilities - ACP SEID [1 - Audio Sink]
Dongle: Rcvd ResponseAccept - GetCapabilities - Audio SBC (16000 32000 44100 48000 | Mono DualChannel Stereo JointStereo | block: 4 8 12 16 | subbands: 4 8 | allocation: SNR Loudness | bitpool: 2..53)
Isn't the Moto X supposed to send the GetAllCapabilities command to be able to use apt-x ?
While sending the GetCapabilities command only use the SBC codec.
Thank you for your support.

Differences between Nook ROMS

This thread is dedicated to comparing the different ROMS on the Nook Color.
There are a lot of different projects going on simultaneously in the development of ROMS for the Nook and sometimes it's difficult to keep up with them all and even decipher what are the current differences, pros and cons between all of them. Hopefully this thread can help to do that for us noobs who are anxious and capable of learning but some years behind the curve or not into programming.
Feel free to correct any errors, provide any feedback, or post any updates and I will try my best to keep this thread updated regularly.

Status
What works:
* Graphics acceleration
* Accelerometer
* Wireless
* Touchscreen
* Buttons
* Sleep/Wakeup
* Sound
Known issues:
* The accelerometer behaves funky. Will try to fix this.
* The Gallery app crashes when opening an image.
* Many programs are not available in the market whereas many that are do not work properly.
Doesn't work:
* DSP e.g. no hardware video decoding (and will possibly never work before the AOSP release)
* Bluetooth
This project is basically dead and will likely not receive any major changes as everyone is waiting for the official Google release of the Honeycomb source code which has been delayed with no ETA.

Quick Glance of differences.
Froyo 2.2:
Stable ROM with most features working including Flash support and Runs smoothly
Gingerbread 2.3:
Is now Stable and is the Reccomended ROM. Most features including Bluetooth are working but there are still Sleep issues, However it's been reported that they've found the problem and should have it fixed soon.
Honeycomb 3.0 preview image:
This is based off of Google's pre-release image. It runs fairly stable but doesn't have all the bells and whistles as the Xoom's Full ROM. Interface is the best as it's designed for Tablets and most Functions are working including Flash.
All the above ROMs have Two Install methods available.
EMMC: Dual-Boot with Stock ROM or completely replace Stock
uSD(MicroSD): Can be installed without Modifying or Rooting Stock. Runs off of MicroSD card and leaves you with a Clean Stock for others to use. Recommend Class 6 MicroSD. Issues have been reported with some Class 10s.

Your last post is out of date. CM7 is now a stable release, and should right now be the choice above all else (Froyo and HC beta).

Sound Recorder + Pro, Record, Mix, Merge, Amplify and Add Echo. All in one.

Introducing Sound Recorder + Pro:
Sound Recorder + Pro is a High Quality Sound Recorder, as well as Sound Processing Application. It records PCM 16 Bit Audio sample in various Sampling Rate depending on the settings selected by the User. Application supports mixing multiple streams, merging multiple streams, amplifying streams and Echo addition to the recorded files. Here are the list of features:
>> Sampling Rate: Selection from 8000Hz, 11025Hz, 16000Hz, 22050Hz, 32000Hz, 44100Hz and 48000Hz depending on device compatibility. Sampling Rates refer to the no of samples per second. An audio recorded at 16000Hz will have 16000 samples per second. In PCM 16 Bit encoding, 2 bytes constitute a sample. A five minute recording will have 16000 x 2 x 60 x 5 no of bytes which is about 9.15 MegaBytes.
>> Audio Source: Voice Recognition and Voice Communication Modes support AGC or Automatic Gain Control.
>> Mixing Multiple Samples: Sound Recorder + Pro supports mixing multiple samples and generates a new files playable containing all the samples selected for the mix. For example if 5 files were mixed each 15s long, the resulting mix will be 15s long as well but constitute all the samples.
>> Merging Samples: Sound Recorder + Pro supports merging multiple samples at once. The samples will be added one after another. For example, if there are 5 samples of 15s duration each, the resulting sample will be 75s long.
>> Amplify Samples: Sound Recorder + Pro allows easy amplification of the samples with full user control. There are 7 different level of amplification 1 resulting least amplification while 7 resulting the highest amplification. This can be set in the Settings Page.
>> Add Echo: Sound Recorder + Pro allows easy echo addition with a completely customizable interface. User can select several Echo Delay in the Setting menu ranging from 100 Millisecond to 1000 Millisecond.
>> Share Samples with your closed ones: Sound Recorder + Pro allows easy sharing of the samples via email or various other application if installed on the device such as Twitter, Google Drive, Dropbox and many more.
>> Delete Multiple Files: Sound Recorder + Pro allows easy deletion of multiple recordings
>>Rename Recordings: Sound Recorder + Pro allows to easily rename recordings
>>Audio Details :Sound Recorder + Pro allows to view the audio details such as the sampling rate, number of channels and approximate size of the sample
>>Mix and Amplify Together: Sound Recorder + Pro allows to mix the samples and amplify the resulting mix at once.
>>Keep Display On: Sound Recorder + Pro allows user to select if they want to have display on during recording session or not.

Samsung Galaxy N910T and the N910W( or I think N910W8) SAME?

Are they the same in means of hardware? Specifically the Network bands? Because I want to buy one for use in the US or International and try to unlock it for use in all carriers. Can anyone help, I have found nothing online. I need a phone just like the N910T, if you know any models just like it that would help.

Don't worry, you are probably fine.
The Mi 9T's main and selfie camera are so called Quad Bayer sensors. That means they can shoot either in max resolution (48/20MP) when you want maximum detail, or when the lighting isn't good they can combine four neighbouring pixels into one "big pixel", effectively creating a lower resolution but more sensitive sensor.
For some reason, Xiaomi only supports the lower resolution, more sensitive camera modes in the standard android Camera2 API, which is the system that other apps (like your DevCheck) can use to access the camera. The higher-res modes are implemented in some proprietary way so that only the stock camera app can use them.

Question Dual Speakers Mod?

can we unlock the earpiece as the second speaker to enable stereo speakers like the Motorola edge plus 2020 makes use for the earpiece as the left channel and the bottom speaker for the right? Will editing the mixer_paths file work?
you could ask here
