Find a ROM with substratum (OMS) or install substratum and use it in legacy mode (expect bugs).

Substratum Themes Wont Work Properly In Stock OS most of the times you will get FC in Systemui and thats a pain ..
why it wont work on Stock Rom?
Becouse The Substratum Theme Needs Some Commits so that theme work properly and only the custom rom supports that commits
Work for apps (some modules) , not system android etc ,
i have swiftblack theme on freedomos and notifications aren't getting themed

Just use P-ify by paphonb, many features of P beta there, its awesome!
1. have the launcher installed (the one you linked)
2. install xposed installer apk from here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
3. download xposed framework zip: https://dl-xda.xposed.info/framework/sdk27/arm/
4. reboot to recovery. MAKE A BACKUP of /system or full. In case anything goes wrong/ bootloop
5. install xposed framework zip & reboot
6. open xposed installer -> it will show xposed framework is not active -> reboot again. Open xposed app again, now it will show its active!
7. install p-ify apk https://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/xposed-android-p-ify-features-t3764556 -> you can find latest apk in 2nd post (link to github/releases)
8. activate it in xposed app, then reboot.
9. Profit open p-ify app to enable/disable features. (when new app switcher is not active)
It looks like much to do, but it takes may 6mins at all, 10 if you count the wait for the backup
Note: some custom roms may have some weird issues. LineageOS 15.1 works perfectly throught!
peace!
I guess once Lineage 16 is released one of us can compile the ROM for Hammerhead. Unofficially, but for a 2014 device it's a great thing. Hammerhead is pretty future-proof.
Not working in CrDroid 8.1.0

How to use Substratum in Stock rom 8.1?

I flashed Stock rom amz variant on my x4, also I rooted with magisk but Substratum themes are not making any changes in. Rom, themes are not applying.

How to apply substratum themes

Hello again!
First let me give the details of my phone:
Rom: lineage os (official)
Android version : 9, pie
Root : magisk rooted
Recovery : orangefox (official and latest)
So, I've been using this rom for almost half a year now and official development of los for santoni seems to be at an end
I tried installing different roms for a better ui but not many were to my liking and which were, had a bad battery backup.
So I decided to "theme" the current rom..los.. and put substratum and installed some themes that were supposed to work for Android pie and above.
But they did not work even when I followed every step correctly. (I saw from YouTube tho lol)
So I want to know from you guys if you know how to apply themes maybe if there was a workaround ? It just in general how do I apply substratum themes
