About Project:
Citrus-CAF, unlike the name suggests, was initially based off CyanogenMod, in the early days of Marshmallow, we even had another name at that point. Later, taking into consideration feedbacks of the very first slew of testers and carefully studying the needs and demands of our users, we rebased the project to Code Aurora Sources, more commonly known as CAF. Time went by and Nougat released, and we decided that it was time, Citrus-CAF had to see the daylight. We rebased everything to the brank spanking Nougat released. Later we realized the true potential of CAF tags, how each of them altered the device performance on different SOCs. After a lot of thinking, we decided to keep different sources for difference SOCs in our git and hours of debugging later, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 was the first device to get a taste of our Tangy Nougat. In the beginning, it was just two people behind, but in time, a lot of people joined us, as each giving their own contributions.
Citrus-CAF was built to create an amazing combination of customization, performance and most of the demanded features by our users, whereas we've Cardinal, to deliver minimal customizations, but the greatest stability!
Meanwhile, all of our Tangy sources are publicly available on our Github. We also do own a Google+ Community, where you can.... uhm... you know, do what all others do at forums and communities! (Just kidding, we got builds over there and a feature-wish bucket too ) Hope you enjoy your stay and taste the Tanginess of our work!

I did what you said , but the echo issue still there
I think it's related to the mic driver of the rom or maybe the noise cancellation mic not working.
BTW , i faced this issue on most of the nougat roms.

try to flash stock ROM ZUI(min 2.3.045) using QFIL tool then flash again any nougat ROM then check
Whenever I try to apply citrus-caf wallpapers, message saying "omni style has stopped" appears.
Any fix?
Also double tap to wake up doesn't seem to work..

It seems that double tap to wake doesn't work.
Also only one carrier label is shown on the lock screen.

The WiFi doesn't work properly, it randomly starts using the cellular data instead. The WiFi connection's okay but it displayes the WiFi icon with an X on the statusbar and the "Connected, no Internet" message under its options. I have to turn it off and on again but it remains okay only for maybe an hour.
I also experience random reboots.

It's source issue, affects devices having less ram
Will get fixed soon.
@tech mashido, hey buddy, the WiFi problem of having shown a signal with a cross and restarting it makes wifi back working, Is this being looked after, it's there in all Android N ROMs i tried.

OrionOS is a project based on slim. The name Orion was chosen as a representation of the beauty and vastness of world around us (Too much Philosophy, eh? ). We started this project for falcon (Moto G), to make a stable Rom which would include Bitsyko layers and important customization. AOSPB is totally based on AOSP but, with few CAF-patches,that are necessary for compatibility with legacy devices.

Awesome Rom! Had a little bug for a moment, i installed xposed and not sure if it had happened before xposed but wifi wanst working, i rebooted and all is well now. Thanks!
Rooted my phone and installed this. There's however a problem with camera (stock one works perfectly but every other camera app not): when I take photos with flash on every photo is out of focus.
Any ideas is this related to rom or phone? (worked with stock Marshallow rom)
EDIT:
Taking photos works best with Motorola's own Camera app. Photos are sharp were flash used or not. Rom's own camera takes sharp images but sometimes it stalls a while. Every other camera app (tested 4) takes good photos without flash but with flash everything is out of focus.

Couple issues besides the camera problem:
1. When dark theme is in use SMS messages are hard to delete because the text "Delete / Cancel" is exactly same color than the background.
2. Notification and ringtone volume are linked. In other ROMs I could choose to unlink them. Really useful in my opinion.
I also got a FC when attempting to dismiss the alarm via the notification

Tested on Karbonn Sprkel V (Sprout4) . Nice design :good: but both sim cards are not working even after trying to restart or turning on off airplane mode it shows sim empty .And the substratun app is crushing every time trying to open. :fingers-crossed:

RIL works for me and for some other users (but there are also a bunch of people who have problems with, which I can't explain why there is such an issue.Also on latest cm13 nightlies there seems to be also a problem with ril)...Depending on my free time (work and stuff)....If I get free time I will try to release new roms.
Also, try flashing supersu package by chainfire for root.

Bro and also the back button of navbar doesn't change it's color . I really liked orion os . But if the bug was minimal i would've continued to use it . Why don't you become official maintainer bro ? would be great if you become a maintainer . This community is really indebted to you for a lot of release of various roms you did . And take your time we can wait a bit longer because it's worth it .

Due to the fact that my time is limited and university (engineer ) is coming soon (maybe alongside a job) , I can't afford to become the official maintainer. Making roms is a just a hobby for me. I will try to release as many roms as I can. Thanks for all kind words and for encouraging me to go on making roms .

About Project:
Citrus-CAF, unlike the name suggests, was initially based off CyanogenMod, in the early days of Marshmallow, we even had another name at that point. Later, taking into consideration feedbacks of the very first slew of testers and carefully studying the needs and demands of our users, we rebased the project to Code Aurora Sources, more commonly known as CAF. Time went by and Nougat released, and we decided that it was time, Citrus-CAF had to see the daylight. We rebased everything to the brank spanking Nougat released. Later we realized the true potential of CAF tags, how each of them altered the device performance on different SOCs. After a lot of thinking, we decided to keep different sources for difference SOCs in our git and hours of debugging later, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 was the first device to get a taste of our Tangy Nougat. In the beginning, it was just two people behind , but in time, a lot of people joined us, as each giving their own contibutions.
Citrus-CAF was built to create an amazing combination of customization, performance and most of the demanded features by our users, whereas we've Cardinal, to deliver minimal customizations, but the greatest stability!
Meanwhile, all of our Tangy sources are publicly available on our Github. We also do own a Google+ Community, where you can.... uhm... you know, do what all others do at forums and communities! Any idea why google assistant doesn't work on this rom? Only appear the intro of google assistant but after continuing the initial setup of assistant, long press home button still launch regular now on tap.
And maybe several known bugs, video record not saving in storage and fingerprint doesn't work with stock kernel (fixed with agni), mine is fpc.

Google Assistant is probably due to CAF base.
Video recording you need to use another app - I personally recommend pixel cam mod but you can use whatever you like.
As for FP I have no idea since I have not tested the ROM out yet, although FPC should work natively.

@PhenomX1998 I remember when I first tried unofficial builds, Citrus ROM was the smoothest at the time... Gonna try now!! It has to be much better I hope!!!
Appart from this, CM firmware recommended? CM13 firmware, radio... CM14 firmware? VoLTE working? (I don´t need it, but it´s a cool feature...)

ui is defenintly smoother that other. but it lacks some customization option. In my openion AEX is the perfect rom. fast, smoothe, and has all the customization i need.

the ROM is absolutely awesome, I love it. The only "con" would be for users who don't like to root, safetynet doesn't pass without magisk

Derp was my favourite ROM during my Poco F1 days. Many features but well implemented. I'll absolutely test it. And it's official!

The only issue that I found is that I can't login in the paypal app
PS: Safetynet is OK
PS 2: The problem was Adaway, not the ROM. The ROM is Great!
What I've noticed, is that the brightness of the AOD is a bit buggy. Sometimes it doesn't change according to the set brightness of the main screen, where it doesn't matter if you change via slider or via sliding on the notification bar.
A separation in the AOD settings would make more sense.
But all in all I love this ROM.

Rom is nice but i have a issue with Fingerprint Login to Apps like my Bank App and you cant update goole play system. Its Stuck on Jan 1, 2021.

Seems like a crazy good ROM! will flash it soon, is it possible to include call recording for regions that do not have legislations with regards to declaring recording taking place?
ROM is working fine so far - i forgot how fast AOSP feels compared to MIUI ^^
only Problem is i am facing deepsleep issue.... after disconnected from charger i´ve lost 5% battery in 8 hrs and phone was in deepsleep for 6% of the time
edit:
i´ve found out that deepsleep seems to work with first boot and intsllstion of all aps but with a restart of the system DS stops working
anyway you give a such a great experience with this ROM compared to MIUI that i´ll stay with it and hope that this issue will get fixed sood

Best stable rom with too many customisations
Today I've managed to switch from my old device to the RN. Set all up, inserted the SIM but it occurred a bug, which makes this ROM absolutely unusable for me.
LTE/4G isn't working. For my region I need to use Band 20. On stock MIUI it worked perfectly. Could it be a firmware issue? Do I need to update it our is it a bug by the ROM?
Any ideas?

maybe reflashing the rom helps.... LTE Band 20 is running flawless for me

First of all this a great rom!
Just a few bugs I would like to report
1- camera does not turn on for face unlock, so it fails sometimes
2- app opening animation stutter half of the time as well as notification panel when swiping down
