Download TWRP
Download and put either on the internal or microsd storage the RR unofficial rom

Installation
* always make/have a backup of your currently installed rom so you have a way to restore your Yoga if necessary *
Install TWRP using Odin
Reboot into TWRP recovery
Perform a full wipe (system, data, cache)
Install RR unofficial zip
Reboot and enjoy!
Your first boot may take a little while so please be patient

What works
All hardware appears to work except for the following issues :
* camera app sometimes crashes - wait a few seconds then reopen it
* The 'Buttons' option in settings->customisations crashes

The multiwindow is not working :'(
Its reboot itself sometimes and we cant configure the notification led
And in the advanced setting everytime i try to go to the gesture section it crashes

Thanks for good work, waiting impatiently for a fix to allow changing gestures settings and buttons
EDIT: One thing i found out, when you change style of settings interface to Classic from Nougat it works

@lonespeaker: do you have also in plannings to try a rom with AICP? I had installed it already on my Nexus-7-2013.

Its very similar to crDroid - I like the 2 roms, my preference at this moment is crDroid.

First time installing crDroid to your Nexus 4, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)

Mainly in CM for now and yes, we have battery and notifications lights per app

Should be in Settings -> Buttons!
But Buttons sections is hidden (my bad. that's one of the odd things when you work on a device that you don't have). I will bring it to life in next build

gps icon stuck
i got this same bug in slimrom lp...
the gps icon gets stuck on once the gps gets turned on, and then doesn't go away when the app is closed. gotta disable the gps and reboot for the icon to go away.

GPS persistent icon will be fixed and reboot options are already in (check rom main features in OP). Go to Settings -> About phone and tap Build number 7 times. Now go to Settings -> Developer options and enable it

I was still writing the OP, check now.
Installed (dirty flashed on rr 5.8.5) with magisk 16 - working well.
dropped the phone and cracked the screen within five mins of installing it - but I am fairly positive that's unrelated to this rom's merits

I installed GA-N-v7.1.2-20180226-Z00A-Nightly.zip . But my phone does not detect the sim card. I put it on two sim cards, but it did not work. Please help me

did you tried another sim too, or that sim in another phone?
So basically this is resurrection remix with custom kernel? You removed things that are related to RR brand and claimed it new custom rom?

RR nougat is dead. Lineage 14.1 is dead. This is RR on top of NutOS and a different kernel. What's wrong about giving it a different name?
The guy is taking the time to merge security patches, build the rom and share it with the community. He could do just the same and keep it for himself.
He never said he invented the wheel. In the end, this is the spirit of open source software.
I cannot find Lawnchair launcher after dirty flashing it on Z008. An boot animation is all black screen now.

Actually it's not a new custom ROM at all. The Android world is dancing around Oreo and we are stuck on Nougat. So this is an old ROM which I'm trying to keep alive with a lot of effort.
I'm not even a software developer and I'm not claiming anything. As I said many times on the RR thread, I'm just a builder and I enjoy sharing what I do with the community.
FYI, the Oreo branch of the RR repository is not getting any new commits. The idea of this project is to start using NutOS as a base but in a progresive way to avoid making the os become unstable.
I hope my explanation was clear enough.

I missed to push one commit before the initial build, that's why Lawnchair is missing. You can get it on the Playstore or wait until the next nightly.
Regarding to the bootanimation, it's a known bug. I'll solve it in the following days.

Yes, OTA is working.
I'm experiencing distorted sound from my rear speaker since I installed RR unofficial build back when official support has been ended. I thought update may fix this problem but distortion in the sound is more now. Can anyone help me to fix this problem.No sound mod is installed.

AFAIK it's not a known software issue, for sure. Could it be hardware related? Try installing stock to check if the problem is still there.

I wrote this again... Read description. Flash bootmodem via odin IN AP SLOT.
I have installed the original firmware, I have changed the recommended boot modem and then I have installed this ROM. Now my sim card works and everything seems to work fine

That means you have the wrong baseband, You can check both the baseband and modem using adb/shell. Or you can use the utility app I created at: https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/app-temefi-comprehensive-documentation-t3806260
In the app, from the menu, select
Current State > Get Selected Properties
The output should be similar to the attached.

Which actual Device, Kernel and Vendor source was used to build this ROM? There is no ks01lte device within the Havoc-OS devices. Also, I am interested to see if you used the Havoc-OS Vendor.

INSTRUCTIONS
1) Download and Flash twrp recovery from link below from Download section
2) format data, system, vendor, cache, delvik
3) Flash rom, magisk 17.3(You guys need to install magisk manager apk manually after flashing zip)

Whenever i think i stay on this rom now always.. you do something that confuse me..
And i again start thinking of to try this rom now..
Dont know how much time i gonna flash rom on my max 2..
One day max 2 gonna slap me :laugh: haha
one little bug:
when I change theme from meme to light and back then I can't open settings. They are just crashing again and again. Can't do anything with that, even rebooting didn't help.
Reinstalling the rom again...
and one more:
In the Light theme when I am receiveng a message I can't see the text in preview black mode, but after hitting the screen I can see it as usual.
Hi, I have installed this rom, everything works extremely fine.. just getting one issue that hardware navigation buttons not getting backlit.

2 bugs.
+1 bug:
in the light theme (as I love it so much) when I am turning the screen off I can't unlock it by double tapping but only one time since locking. After getting a notification or manually turning the screen on it starts to work as it should.
+1 bug:
backlight of the buttons is not working.
In call volume bug is solved in it or still exist?

Hi, below are the observations after installing the rom.
Double tap to wake working out of the box.
VOLTE icon comes back on status bar which was missing in Pixel experience.
Hardware navigation buttons not getting backlit.
Mentioned extended features in OP are not fully visible in personalization > extra settings.
Meme UI in Device theme getting crash.
Guys theme crashes and backlight is all source issue since its not happening in any roms..so extended team need to fix for themes and all this

Hello, I've done and re-edited several times, and here's still the same problem. A friend works, but mine is not going to work! When selecting DARK or Black, the background of the applications is in WHITE, and the White letters too, making it impossible to read the names of the applications, according to photos.
