How to install:
From stock or any other rom
Copy the ROM zip on your phone
Reboot to Recovery mode
Format/Wipe system, cache, dalvik, data
Flash/Install ROM
Flash Install Gapps (Any should work)
Reboot

Camera 8MP
Stock Video Cam wont work (3rd party video cam works)
Camera with flashlight wont work

Nope, it doesn't + the stock camera doesn't work the best.
