i have a P10 VTR-L09 with Rom VTR-L09C652B101.
And i want to flash a new free European Rom.
But I am a little bit confused, witch Method and Rom i should use without bootloop or other bad things

I rebranded my P10 to L09C432 without any issues, using the method & files here... https://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-9/how-to/guide-mate-9-flash-update-package-t3593108
It was originally for the mate9, but has been adapted to include the P10 & P10+
I would like to ask, if the rom was made for a 64GB unit, can it be flashed to a 128GB unit.
- I Unlocked my bootloader
- I installed twnp
- I got Root
But what now? Sorry the Made S instructions are to complecate for me, maybe my english ist guilt.

i bought an P9 EVA AL10 in China. It works fine, but all notifications coming in chinese letters. The system language can be changed, but not for the notifications.
Is there someone who can help me, to install an European Firmware?

it could be brick i think with wrong firmware.
you mean i need a wrong firmware? I´m not so professional with Android. I´m just starting with it.
I also have the same question... Should i even try to change firmware? Can we just try to install EVA-L29 ROM (they have same specs from what i saw..)?
Hi, I've just bought a brand new p9 from amazon and it was supoused to be 09 eva-L09 but the version it came is DL00. My question is regarding the chinese rom, is there any way to flash an european or american rom to remove all the chinese that the phone doesn't translate? If it is possible, can someone explain or refer me to the guide on how to do it and what rom should I get into the phone?

you can search tutorials on how to debrand Huawei p9, note that you will need to unlock your bootloader and root your device first.
Hi all,
I am looking to rebrand my EVA-L09 (but originally EVA-AL10) to EVA-L29.
I have been pointed to the SRK Tools however I cannot see oeminfo and custom for EVA-L29, (VIE-L29 P9 Plus-C185 are available in version 1.7 I am worried however that it will brick my phone)
Can anyone help in this matter?

I've read the similar threads on this forum, but I'm not sure of what exactly I need to do to avoid bricked phone or loss of SIM card.
Bootloader is already unlocked and I have a NEM-AL10C00B110-2GBRAM build number.
Can you help me ? I'd appreciate it a lot !

After reading carefully all the posts in this forum (and others), it seems like I can't install a european rom on my NEM-AL10 without loosing the IMEI...
Yes, changing hardware regions on NEM-AL10 is impossible without losing cellular connectivity atm.
But you have a solution. I've made a zip for TWRP which cleans out most Chinese software and tweaks the settings to suit Russian users. European languages also supported. There is some Cyrillic here and there but you'll get firmware without Chinese apps, with working play market, contacts/calendar sync and many usability tweaks for emui.

I have installed the TWRP 3.02 on my phone, but i only have Access to 107MB Memory and can't install the zip-file. Has anyone the same Problem ?

Please read all the rebranding threats here. There's also a tutorial for the tool HWOTA, which can easily rebrand your device.
