Is Youtube working on merlin device
Hey devs is youtube working in merlin device because when i used the rom it gave playback error on app.
Is this the same build that was published along with osprey in the first thread?
If so , I can confirm that ringer , notification, alarm has no audio(no system sounds).Media sounds work.
Also YouTube gives playback error in official app.Via browser its normal.
The rom works fine, the sound does not, nor in the media player

Hello I want to say that your method works and YouTube is finally working but in quality options the videos options doesn't go above 360p there are no options above it please if you know anything regarding this help and thanks for it.

Nice ROM!
Happy to see dt2w from ambient display is present.
Also the really good live wallpapers from google!
Nav bar home button has pixel animation.
All the audio bugs have been resolved afaik.
- But the only gripe is the phone shuts down at 7% battery(both in and out of battery saver mode).
Screen not being turned on after pressing the power button!
Any suggestion?

Excellent rom. The battery life is very good, I have not had restarts or blocking applications. I can definitely compare it to the stock rom for everyday use, unfortunately I only have one problem: the phone turns off when the battery is less than 30%
Sometimes the screen does not turn on after entering sleep mode, it is necessary to restart!
Any suggestion?

Everything I needed, the best ROM of all.
Only a crash when accessing "hardware keys"
Can you bring "Double tap to wake on doze" into this rom?
That is great function.
Using it since yesterday, it's great so far. Only problems I had are the hardware keys menu crash and no settings to turn LED notifications off.

Can I just flash it over the previous build?

I found some bugs:
1 - My phone hang on setup wizard (4 dots color screen ) in the first time I flash. I did a force reboot by hold power button to solve that.
2 - Have no sms app default, so I cant take codes from Mr Gôgle so cant login into my account to restore my apps on setup wizard.
3 - Crash when touch Hardware Keys in PureNexus Setting
4 - Crash when touch Device gestures in Gestures.
p/.:s I did a clean flash + Mini BeanGapps
Icant find any way to enable keyarrow on navbar while use keyboard.
in 2 weeks used, this ROM is very good, just still have some bugs.

Hand wave notifications
Hand wave for notifications on ambient display doesn't seem to be working. If my terminology isn't correct, I'm talking about when the screen is asleep, the hand wave gesture does not bring up notifications. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?

Nice ROM by performance. Installed open gapps micro. Aosp keyboard missing at time of installation. Google assistant missing. Navigation bar gestures could be better option to include.
Gapps recomended is BeanGapps, another gapps cause issue, was without keyboard and more....
Use BeanGapps.
In a build previous for test is Good all, but i saw here New build has bug on câmera, is this? Image freeze Just...

The cause câmera bug is Kernel, use another Kernel....soon New build.

*Very good battery life compared to RR-remix and nuclearom .
*So smooth and liked the display fluidness over all very nice experience.
*Pictures taken from cam are also to good nearly as good as stock Roms cam.

But there is issue With Wi-Fi and network: when i connected to Wi-Fi it is works fine for 1-3 mins after a while it is Automatically Disconnect and reconnect automatically (Repeated repeatedly) and when I open play store it is not show images (not full loaded) and happens with chrome too

No need to add Gapps. there are many editions - from pico to full, and they contain different apps set. Including gapps into ROM will make it impossible to choose which gapps to have.

I've tried the last couple of builds and I can't get GPS fix. I get GPS fix within a few seconds on other ROMs.

Finally, the thread is here.
I'm using this rom from the last few days and it's super smooth and battery life is great.
No idea what magic the developer did with the Qualcomm framework but I've never experienced that smoothness in any other roms.
It does perform well in benchmarks too ( though I don't care for benchmarks) but few might still be interested in that. I've attached geekbench score on stock kernel.
I haven't found any bugs. I clean flashed the rom with thestrix firmware. No wifi, camera or any others bugs for me. The rom is not pre rooted. Magisk passes safetynet and the viper4android module is also working great.
