Suddenly my Bluetooth and wifi won´t start, is always grey out.

When I am using a Bluetooth earphone, and turn on the WIFI, the WIFI will be turned off by itself after several seconds. And then the Tethering or hotspot is active. If I don't turn on the Bluetooth, it won't occur.
So, I think maybe the Bluetooth can make the Tethering or hotspot to be active, and then force turn off the WIFI. That means I can't turn on the Bluetooth and WIFI at the same time !!!!
Have anyone ever met this issue ?? Anyone who knows how to fix it ?

i need an app or an script for tasker to start up my hotspot when my phone connects to my bluetooth radio. and when the radio shuts down so when the connection is lost the hotspot also wil shut down.
ive already tried AutoTether for Automatica but it wont work on the huawei P7

I'm running Oxygen 4.1.3 with the stock kernel but sometimes when I try to turn Bluetooth on it says no paired devices available and when I come back out of it and back to Bluetooth settings the Bluetooth is still turned off. Every once in a while it works perfectly, I turn Bluetooth on, all my paired devices show up and it connects and functions normally.
Does anyone have any suggestions other than factory reset?

hey guys, just got this XZ2 AU version for two days and i realize that as the title says.
but it'll not automatically turned on if unplugged... any of you having this problem as me? how to fix this?
I've turned off Bluetooth scanning & can't find any settings that could automatically turn the Bluetooth on...

Please excuse me, I'm a complete dullard and although I know what Tasker is and how it works, I just can't get my head around it.
So I have a VW GOLF GTE and following some info I found online I was able to set up my phone so when it connects to the car, it turns on a wifi hotspot which the car connects to do it can get online.
I'm very happy with this but what I can't figure out is how to get it then switch the WiFi back on (and thus turning off the hotspot) when it disconnects the Bluetooth connection from the car.
I've tried setting it up to do this but it's not been working properly and I've exhausted all my knowledge so I'm here along for help.
