Keysion one looks awesome. But since it's linen, I think it will discolorize over time.

Rinkes Fusion is a good case (I have it but didn't use it for long) , though it almost duobles the thickness of the phone and I do love the sleek look and feel of this beauty
Now I'm using a polycarbonate/plastic slim case, not the same amount of protection but sure looks good imo.

I got the RINGKE REARTH Fusion Case (Ink Black). Best casing so far that I can get my hands on for the Honor 8 Pro. :good:
I'm using X-One screen protector for my phone too. It's not Tempered Glass (It's pet film) but no annoying halo or border bubbles that you get on TGP for 2.5D displays. Best so far.

The dust caps are soft so it's easy on and off. Won't be hard when you need to charge. The back since it's just transparent hard plastic, it'll probably be scratched over time but that's it's purpose anyway. Haha. You could always put a clear sticker on it.

Currently I have a case with a dust cap for my Honor 8. The caps are very hard that it pushes the charger a bit and now it doesn't lock anymore with the holes. Thanks. I'm planning to get an Honor 8 Pro and looking for cases. Ringke seems no for me.

Thinnest cases available

Could we post some of the thinnest cases we've found? Like Rinke slim, etc..
I like the cases that are so thin with the tops and bottoms open, but they seem to be rare nowadays
Not sure if it's thin enough for you but I like the way this looks. I think the reason very think and open cases are so rare is that they barely offer any protection with large phones
This is crazy thin and with the price might as well order just for the hell of it...
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Case...Back-Case-For-Samsung-Galaxy/32398559531.html
The Ringke Slim is one of the tiniest cases around and it covers the top and bottom of the case with a good amount of protection. The Ulak clear slim case is also very thin and offers a shock proof protection with it's tpu sides and clear back.
I'm not looking for major drop protection. I like ultra thin cases to mainly protect the finish and camera lens when I lay my phone on random surfaces, as well as hiding some of the awful fingerprints and finger grease.
Thanks guys
The official Samsung case is by far the slimmest case. If you want to even call it a case,
I had one for my S6 Edge and its basically like nothing is on the phone and just protects the corners and back glass.
But its expensive

Does anyone know if the rubber-ish looking stuff on the top and bottom are grippy?
I like how the glass on the note5 is grippy to the hand, but slippery in the pocket/on cloth.
My worry is that the polycarbonate might be the opposite -- and always catch going into a tighter pocket.

I'm not sure about this specific case, but I know what you mean. The glass is grippy to my fingers but a polycarbonate incipio case I bought for it is very slick. I may have to return it.
I'm hoping that Orzly will make one. I have their frost thin case on my S6 and love it. Just enough to protect against scratches and thin enough to keep the "feel" .
So, I received 2 Rinke slim cases, clear and black. I have the Rinke Fusion as well.
Quick impressions.
Clear Rinke Fusion. It's ok, slightly bulky for me tho. Fits perfect, cutouts are where they should be. Case has an annoying piece of tape/plastic on the inside that was a PITA to remove. I'd say it's a 7/10.
Rinke Slim, Black. Perfect fit, hugs the contours of the phone perfectly. Cutouts are great, especially around the Spen. I feel like the fusion case made it slightly more difficult to remove the spen, the Slim doesnt.
Rinke Slim, clear. I really really wanna use this case, it's crystal clear and looks so good on the phone. Problem is, it doesn't fit perfectly like the black version. When you slightly squeeze the sides, you can feel the case move. Really lame.
I'm also using the Ringke SF Black Case and it's very thin based on my thinness standards. pics are below (i'm reposting pictures from my post at Android Central).

Best clear case to use with Dbrand skin

I'm looking for a good thin, clear case to use with my Dbrand skin.

i have tried Orzly Clear Case and HotCool Clear Case and i feel the Orzly one is thinner and feels more like the phone and both have about the same clarity, also the buttons don't feel as stiff, i also ordered some foreign one which claims to be even thinner, i don't care much about protection i'd rather have thinner b/c its mainly to keep my dBrand Skin in tact, i will report back once i get the new one and see how it is

Spigen Case for Mate 10 Pro

I've gotta say, after trying 3-4 other silicon/PU cases, the one from Spigen has got to be the best.
I like that there is a lip around the screen so even with a tempered glass screen protector, the phone won't rest on the screen.

I kinda questioned the same about the odd rectangle part around the camera. Turns out that part releases heat when it's warm while gaming etc. It's like a heat sink fin since the motherboard is around the camera. It's a bit thick but that's the point. To protect the camera and the glass back and front. It's a dust trap though so need to clean it at times especially around the camera.
So I've have my mate 10 pro for a few days, and after looking at all the cases on eBay,Amazon, ect I've settled for this spigen case, it's the most I've pumped out for a case (£13.96 delivered UK) but the all glass body has me worried
Are you guys happy with the case now it's been out a month or so?

Ringke case for Poco F1

Does anyone use Ringke case for Poco f1? How was it and does it have edge at the front to protect the front screen?
it feels good a bit bulky though but premium, yes it has screen bumps on whole top and bottom sides and smaller bump on left and right doesn't cause any issue with full-screen gestures, screen won't touch the table when you put the screen side on it. I am planning to get dark camo skin under it as soon as it's available on mi store..

It started to get losses and there are some marks on my phone back body caused by spigen case.
Can't remove the marks with alcohol or eraser. So disappointed.
Been using my ringke case since I got my phone last January. Very well protected, I'm surprised there are still no scratches on my phone when I remove it from the case to clean dirt. Also had an experience where the phone fell 8 feet from the ground, no damage on the phone and the case

I've been testing some cases for the poco, the ultra slim tpu that came in the vox was the first one haha, but my first case was the ringe fusion x, i have a nillkin super frosted shield (i have used that same model in my old moto z and nexus 4), a sillicone case like the iphone ones, a tpu case, a hybrid case (hard plastic and tpu) and many others, i always come back to my ringke case...
I am using ringke case for my Poco f1 and believe me its really amazing cover.. i feel best ever cover for Poco f1. It gives nice grip and protects my phone for accidentally fall. I can easily use tempered glass with ringke fusion x cover . No issues happened with tempered glass due to ringke fusion x cover. I can also use phone without tempered glass because ringke fusion x cover provides the phone full protection all around the phone.
Ringke fusion X is the best I can get my hands on.
I used to use Nillkin frosted shield too. It does nothing for my tempered glass protector. My 2 tempered glass broke in 2 weeks each.
Quite satisfied with my Ringke fusion X, other than my shabby cut out for SIM adapter.

Hi, did you get the camo skin? If yes, can you please post some pictures with the Ringke case on it. I already have the Ringke case and I am too planning on buying a skin just like you. Also, please tell me if there are any issues when using the skin under the case.

Tempered Glass

I just pre-ordered this phone and bought this case. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B085LR78D9/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?smid=A1VXTSRX565TLZ&psc=1.
Is there any good tempered glass out there?
Is it also worth getting a screen protector for the camera as well. I saw this on ebay? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Screen-P...brand=upscreen&_trksid=p2047675.c101195.m1851
I'm gonna wait for the tingle fusion x. Been using them for years. They also have lanyard holes

I think you mean Ringke Fusion X
Do you know if they will make it?
I've ordered this glass screen protector:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/143582052964
And this case:
https://www.mobilefun.co.uk/olixar-exoshield-sony-xperia-1-ii-case-black-80635
The case has arrived and it has a nice solid feel to it, with the cushioned corners. The clear back looks nice too. It has a nice slim feel and I can already see with the nice width, one handed use will be great.
Can't wait for the phone to arrive!

So I contacted Ringke and they don't have any plans to make a case for Xperia 1 II
Thanks for checking. Gonna start looking for another. I'm use to having a lanyard on my phone. I don't think mark 2 has lanyard holes.

Any good recommendations?
I installed AOKUMA Super Glass from Amazon and it's pretty bad. Makes the screen more grayish and reflective than it should be. Receiving another brand today. (Also some unknown brand - I have yet to find a reputable brand that offers Xperia 1 ii protectors.)

Now using one from MSOVA. The picture quality is miles better. But it does have the problem that it comes up at the edges a bit. Depending on the cover you use this may or may not be an issue to you.
In any case it's better than the one I had previously.
I'm waiting for the Spigen glass here with the Spigen rugged armor here, i hope they are good

I have the case and it's really good. A nice tight solid feel to it, grippy and feels very nice. Just ordered that screen protector too!
Spigen tempered glass update:
Fits great but just does not fully adhere. There is not a single speck of dust under the screen protector and so that part of the installation went fine, but despite endless squeegee'ing those bubbles just keep coming back. It's not air that's trapped underneath but instead the screen protector just lifts back up. As you can see, all the bubbles are exactly on the edge of the screen and haven't formed on the bezel etc.
It fits great and feels nice, but the being unable to remove the bubbles is a deal breaker.

Mine is ok now. I did have few small bubbles at the bottom of phone but they have disappeared now. The applicator was ready to use.
I'm happy with the the Spigen rugged case and glad screen protector.
