The CPU an memory will heat up very quick with 4K because auf the live encoding and writing the huge amount of data to memory, it's pretty normal.
I notice heat when using GPS navigation like Sygic or Maps with B164, but that's the only time I can notice this kind of heat.

if its rooted it will, not so much if its standard
