[Q] No 4G

After flashing custom rom (cyanogenmod 10.1, HoloBlur 0.9 Tuned) I no longer have 4G, I seem to have 4G data speed but it shows i'm connected to 3G, also even running custom rom ram usage still seems high i only 100-200 mb of ram free and i know it shouldn't be that high, my father has a GSII Skyrocket running stock rooted firmware and even running samsung's ram hungry touchwiz he still has 400-500mb ram free, my grandmother also has a ram issue on her razr (stock not rooted) help would be appreciated thanks
Turn it on manually by typing *#*#4636#*#* from the Dialer. Make sure you select the LTE / GSM only. And then go to Settings-> More-> Mobile Network-> Make sure you select or have the 4g selected

Cell standby battery usage (variance in 2 phones)

I have 2 Nexus 6 that I picked up recently. I just turned them on yesterday and updated both all the way up to Android M.
These phones both have nothing installed on them. No apps or any widgets. Settings are the same on both (brightness, etc.)
I've used both equally for a bit (same screen on time, etc.).
Under Cell standby, I notice that one of the phones is using considerably more power.
The computed power use for one of them is 250 mAh. The other one is 429 mAh.
Wondering why the difference in computed power use when both are identical as far as usage and settings.
Thanks!
Is it the same version Nexus? There are 2 hardware versions and 3 software versions. Are they on the same carrier? Are they both set to the same prefered network type (global vs. Home or LTE vs gsm) ? Are they both up to date on their carrier settings? (prl/profile...)

They were both purchased from the same store. I'm assuming the hardware version is the same? How would I check that?
Also, there is no sim card in either one. They are both running strictly off of the Wifi for now.

Network band selection with Android Pie

Hi,
I have a N950F which I would like to upgrade to android 9 but I am afraid to loose the hidden network menu. Is there a way to select a specific 3G (ie. 1 or 8) or 4G band (ie. 3, 7 or 28) on the Exynos Note 8 upgraded to Android Pie?

Galaxy Note 9 Signal and Mobile Data Issues

I Recently brought a Galaxy Note 9 off Amazon in the UK. As it turns out the phone is a USA Variant and contains the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Chipset and the model number is linked to the USA Variant. Ever since i have had mobile data issues on the phone where it will not enable or i get no signal. I have tried resetting the network settings, restarting the phone, manually choosing the operator etc and still no luck. And when it was display LTE Or 4G It would not load any google pages. Any help would be appreciated

Mobile Network problem on Lineage 15.1

Nothing shows up in the APN field with att or verizon. It is rather strange because lineage 15.1 should have full telephony support and VoLTE. I think it may be because the nexus 6 is a lenovo designed phone and I may not have restarted after each step, which is suggested on other lenovo phones.
