The wifi bug is related to kernel, try to change it

Wifi has been solved after rework the entire init.hi6210sft.rc from my stock C432B601, now I'll merge the changes from los-13.0 to get worked sim.
EDIT: fix almost everything as wifi and ril.

Devs usually make this post to " reserve" 2nd post.
They can edit it and write ex. FAQ or other important information.

Some devs always reserve a second comment in case of they want to add something different to the rom, ex, idk... Tutorial How To EnAblE F2fS oN sD CaRD. You will find alot of examples. For instence, check lg l fino, lineageos 14.1 second posts. That is why devs, like surdu and others make a second post which is named "reserved". And, dank meme junior as I am, i did it. Succesfully. Part of the development. Master.

@RaunakRM personally whenever I tried SuperSU on Android N it broke sensors. Like auto rotate and brightness.
Personally I would use phh superuser, much better and hasn't sold out.
About SuperSU, test and tell me, personaly I don't use SU but you can flash phh superuser if supersu breaks sensors

What about all the different camera sensors? Usually ROM devs only support the sensors their own devices have. That's totally fine and reasonable, but I'm just curious.

Nice ROM, ultra slim, and great performance.
-For me video recording not work, after stop the recording the video isnt saved.
-YouTube 1080p 60fps not work, video play for 1-2 sec and after video stop play and audio continue
-Brigthness slider apparently have few steps
-Photo work, only sometime FC, flashligth work only sometime
- In battery stat. Inactive time include screen on time
-Gallery app edit photo not give fc
-Ambient display with advanced features work and the hardware key ligth turn off with the screen.
If you look for a slim stock rom whit great performance this is the rom for you.

Wifi, network both SIM, bluetooth, back light buttons, fingerprint unlock, dt2w, mtp,ftp, gallery,live wallpapers, split screen, recent app clean.
Not working
Camera (some driver issue)
SIM specific network settings
torch (related to camera issue).
Some network fluctuations.
Still cant be used as a daily driver as camera is essential but I am sure our devs will come with totally stable build very soon:fingers-crossed:

Tried it in the morning, 2g and 3g works properly, but still poor results in AnTuTu (45k), that tells about problems with the cores.

If you're having issues and want to submit a report (Logcat) please make sure you are reporting from the stock kernel, not a modified kernel. Modified kernels can break or fix, even improve things. It depends. I can't get a full clue of the issue when you're not running the original kernel.

I don't remember which unofficial xposed I tried. It installed but was not compatible with most of the modules like greenify etc...

Gesture navigation doesnt work
Back and home navigation gestures dont work. Tried multiple different gestures apps. Recent and previous app do work for some reason. Tested on fluid navigation gestures, edge gestures and one more. It seems to be disabled.
Maybe I'm stupid, but where can i found futures mentioned in first post? I found only gesture to one hand mode.
If the BT Calling is ok，I think this rom is Perfact！
Is there a reason why almost all g6 roms have issues with BT Calling and VoLTE. Are these issue going to be resolved in the future. Thanks

Cant find menu for customizations
Hello nice and stable rom overall i tryed 3 different gcams all working perfectly. It has a good battery life (around 4 hours SOT with medium use for me and even more). The problem i have is where is the menu for customizations you list on your post (Statusbar, Quick settings, System, etc). I have the latest(for now) build 21-02.

in this rom you have to flash camera2api to use gcam

You can read: Hal1 default
so you need to activate hal3 for gcam, btw in the next days we want to boost up the development of this rom for our device, thanks for feedback.
I suggest to add the testing rom instead to stable.

Hello Sir how to activate hal3?
This was my favorite ROM on my previous device, Lenovo P2. I loved the smooth animations. Can anyone confirm that hal3 can be enabled seamlessly? And exactly which steps should be taken? Ability to use GCam is the only thing that's holding me back from switching to Revenge OS.

In system/build.prop file search for HAL and you should find something like this: persist.camera.hal3.enabled=0
Now change 0 to 1, save the file and reboot.
Also if there was no line about it, paste it, save and reboot.

I already used this method. But gcam just crashed. Maybe it seems to be resolved with next update

I installed the new build posted today. It wasn't announced neither here or on Telegram. Animations are smooth as always. GCam seems to work flawlessly, bur WhatsApp camera is broken, which was exactly how it was on my previous ROM AEX. So far so good.

Only if you're coming from MIUI.
Fast charge doesn't work. Sometimes the clock only shows the hour and instead of minutes, there are just dots. Lock screen notifications also randomly disappear.
Device is not certified in PlayStore
@GiaSen whatsapp web FC when trying to scan QR code.
This is how the minutes disappear from the clock occasionally. If the dev could fix the notifications not showing properly on lock screen bug that would be awesome.
Best AOSP ROM so far. Thx to dev. keep it updated

It's happening to all of us (see the "Known issues" section above). Updating some vendor blobs should fix it, but I think I'll need some help with it.

Thanks for working on this tablet, looking forward to seeing what you can come up with. I have one of these and its sister (Tab 4 8+) and they've been reliable for me, but only because the dev community keeps them alive!
So the main issue with this is a GPU lag, right? That being the case, I wonder how difficult it would be to switch to freedreno+mesa?
And come to think of it, the msm8917 (snapdragon 425) is basically the same as the msm8916 (snapdragon 410) found in the Dragonboard 410c, which is very well supported by upstream kernel and moderately by AOSP/Linaro. Probably wouldn't be too terrible of a job to get this thing running blob free on upstream code.

Hello is there any update about this rom? I was thinking of trying it but I have seen the lag problem and I use it to play. I'm using your Lineage 17.1 Rom and it works really good you are doing a incredible work!

1. Yes, a new build is coming in a few days. Unfortunately, the lag issue still isn't fixed.
2. I've tested some games and they're working fine. It probably depends on HW acceleration in games.
3. I didn't build LineageOS 17.1, that one is by @highwaystar_ru .

This rom is meant only for the lenovo tb-8504x/f it obviously won't work on tb-x304
