It should work , but some models ( especially SCC-U21 ) Usually have their SIMs not detected if they're not supported

This is a initial WIP CyanogenMod 12.1 for Redmi Note 3. It's a basic initial release and does have some bugs accompanied.
It's kind of usable build for those whom fingerprint doesn't matter

My base is only stock ROM of my device ( global stable )

Thanks for this great work. You have a link to some generic kernel source in the OP (for the Snapdragon chipset) but then you are talking about using the global stable kernel?
Have you looked at using the Qualcomm 'test' AOSP kernel?
As that version has a working kernel and the all the propeitary libs you could need I would imagine (other than a way of configuring the fingerprint reader - it does have a fingerprint service running - but no settings for adding a fingerprint - I see Fingerprint support is only being added to CM13 so we might have to wait ).
I am currently using that ROM (as I don't like MIUI) and can post a list of the /system folder if you are interested.

Q: After ROM boot up, I'm getting SetUP wizard errors / other Gapps FC / Black screen on first boot, why ?
A: On marshmallow based Roms, you need to flash ROM and gapps at the same time
TWRP even allows you to flash multiple .zip files
Q: Why no Mediatek Engineering Menu?
A: Its Mediatek proprietary, ugly , not needed on our builds.
Relevant features used on Mediatek E. Menu have been ported to our builds already using aosp / our implementations ( Sensors calibration , Band Mode, etc)
Q: App "x" is not working, why?
A: First make sure the app works under Marshmallow

A: Bluetooth should be backwards compatible , some OEMs don't also follow some guidelines , surely can be improved.

Yes, you need patches for missing symbols and RIL. Camera needs no more changes with MM blobs. I can't release these changes. You need to do that on your own or search for it if someone else released useful code.

- Download this ROM : BlueLight-3.24.40.87
- ADB v1.0.32 : here

Installation :
- unpack adb zip and put twrp image there
- copy rom to internal/external
- Then you should reboot your phone in the droidboot mode. (turn off you gadget then press Turn off button and volume + button) Then go to the ADB folder and hold Shift + Right Mouse button and write this command:

Boot logo now blue A3 2017
Khaon's kernel implemented with touchscreen and touch buttons working (8 cores working)
Nfc fixed
Microphone now louder while calling.

I'll release the next version. You need my edited Khaon's kernel, otherwise the rom will bootloop.

Disply seems to be warm and less saturated compared to stock ROM..Want Amoled Cinema profile..Not included in disply settings.

Apparently root doesn't work with Khaon's kernel in ENIGMA ROM.
Can you do something with that or look at that @alexax66?
