Here the solutions:
1. Download Latest ROM into your SD card : Download Here
2. Download Fix Patch here and keep in your SD card: View attachment redmi_note_3g_baseband_patch.zip
3. Backup your data, enter custom recovery full wipe (factory reset)
Note: For TWRP recovery, it's recommended to enable "Use rm -fr instead of formatting" in Settings to avoid error
4. After full wipe, flash/install latest rom you download, wait until it finished, don't reboot.
5. Next, continue to flash the fix patch and reboot your phone.
Warning:
1. Your data will be losing, remember to backup your data before proceed, I am not responsible for any loss that occurs.
2. The fix patch only work for Redmi Note 3G, don't try it on Redmi Note 4G.
3. Do it at your own risk, don't try it if you didn't have sufficient knowledge.

Can i just flash the patch as i am already on latest version or i need to reflash the rom

Redmi note 3g zip pack didn't work for me. There is another simple solution.Take backup first. Download stable 7.3 ROM from miui.com. After flashing ROM by selecting from update option,some errors will popup on reboot. Don't worry,reset Ur device.Voila your phones both sim will show full signals.enjoy. you can Now update to miui 8 and then miui 9. Don't reset again After installing miui 8 or 9.signals will go again. My old mobile is alive again.

Theme shop is Chinese but is download ring tones and fonts. (We do not have this feature in older versions ).
Dolby and the vibe was removed. (I can give you later Atmos as a package)

My opinion after 24H :
Everything works great (call, sms, internet) rom very stable and quick, GPS on navigation (WAZE) and Bluetooth are smooth and quick too.
Battery life seems a little bit weak, and mms don't work properly but for me it's ok for a daily use

It's better to do a clean install, but you can just wipe the system
What version of Gapps should i use to flash for this ROM ?
I did a clean install, even format the partition, but after reboot, the boot animation screen just keep flashing, never get into the setup wizard. Right now, I flash another Lineage 14.1 rom and using it.

As he mentioned above, Everything works exept camera & flash :crying:
But theres little more stuff need to be fixed
The default dpi is 400, as the result icons and texts are much much bigger ,,, fix - change dpi to 320 in build prop
And one more bug the settings app (simcard &button) crashing when entering to button settings..
And no access to sd card . it only lists files and folders on phone storage, can't navigate to external sdcard. If you gonna try this rom please place any 3rdparty fileexplorer apk file in phonestorage to access your sdcard

Hello so i noticed that xiaomi is rolling out miui 12.5.2 update to some users and its currently available in the xiaomi firmware update as a "Stabe-beta" variant but i am still on 12.0.10.0 so what if i download the stable-beta update through firmware updater and flash it through miui updater will it be okay ?? ofcourse i am talking about flashing indian version of the update not global or changed regions one ??
