help to make stock HC launcher working

i attached the stock HC launcher.apk and its ODEX file which pulled from motorola XOOM device.
could we get it work on our P6800? really i cannt live with TouchWiz.
how we can deodex our roms if needed ?

I'd be really interested in this as well. The TouchWiz UX skin just ruins it for me.

I'm no dev but would like to see the stock launcher too on my tab. But I think we will get ics before this project is finished...

Maybe app manager can help you deodex it and then replace it with the system/app/laumcher.apk

And how would we do that? I tried replacing and installing, but nothing helped.....

ICS cm9 no bootanimation

Hello peepz since i flashed build 17 i havent a bootanimation anymore. How can i fix this? I cant find it in settings.

Flash the ROM again or copy some bootanimation to /system/media/.
Also try all wipes.
