Low Max volume

I have seen that my Galaxy S has a maximum output for my Sennheiser CX-300 II a lot lower than my Cowon S9, is there a way to turn the volume up without distortions?

Not that I know of. However, you can use the audio quality fix provided here to improve the quality of music.

[Q] x-mini max 2 + s3 lte sound low

Hy i bought x-mini max 2 speakers and pluged in my s3 lte, my sound is to low. Please someone help how can i boost my sound?
My s3 lte is NOT ROOTED and it has stock rom.
The x-mini max 2 only has loudspeaker output: 2.5w
You where never going to get a Marshall amp sound for £25.00
You pays your money and takes your choice.

Note 4 Snapdragon 805 Headphone Audio Out quailty?

Has anyone had a lot of experience with the headphone audio quality of the Note 4 Snapdragon variants? How does it compare subjectively to the Note 2 (with the Wolfson DAC)?
So far, it seems like:
- S1 i9000; Wolfson, awesome sound
- S2 and Note 1: Yamaha; awful quality sound
- S3: Varied, with Exynos variants getting Wolfson; Note 2 also got Wolfson
- Since then we've seen the Exynos variants get Wolfson, and the others get integrated audio?
How is the audio quality for the Note 4 Snapdragon, since that is what most of the world seems to be getting? I presume that the Exynos variant will get a Wolfson and the Snapdragon will get integrated audio? Any teardowns from iFixIt or any of the other sources?
The GSM Arena review was pretty incomplete on audio.

It seems like there's a trade-off now between CPU power, audio power, and perhaps camera (on the Exynos) against developer support, perhaps GPU power (this round it seems to be stronger on the 805), and maybe battery life (historically if I remember, Qualcomm's devices have generally done better here).
I'm still holding on my note 3 for root viper4android. I will probably bring out Fiios E17 in the mean time for the note 4 until there's a working root for it.
Phonearena states the audio output from the jack is 40% that of the iPhone and 65% of the G3. I tested 16ohm buds and the sound was weak and had to be increased to 90%.
Hoping Poweramp can increase the volume in settings. The stock music app has cool features but the audio output is weak.

It's stronger than the Nexus 5 audio though, if I listen with my vsonic VSD1, I have the volume on 60%, on the Nexus 5 I had it on 80%.

which is the best earphones for leEco le 2

since le 2 does not have 3.5 mm earphone jack, we have to use 3.5 mm to c type connector. those low-quality connectors last for only a few days. so which earphones are best for le 2. there is some cdla earphone available on Flipkart and amazon but here built quality is very cheap as per the customers. can anyone recommend me a good and average budget earphones for this device
I would recommend getting a good wireless/bluetooth earphones, CDLA earphones sound amazing but built very cheaply.
