You're right. Sad thing Xiaomi dropped redmi 4a for miui 11.

According to this site redmi 4a and redmi 5a share same kernel
Redmi 5a has miui11 update, so technically we can use redmi 5a ROM. Any interested and curious tech savy persons holding redmi 4a can try.

One OS has stopped since 2021 11 12 and never provided roms for Mediatek socs.
