The phone definitely feels solid in the hand.
I just want to add that the finish/paint(?) at the back easily gets scratched specially the camera area. So be careful when laying down your phone and might as well get a case that raises the camera bump. The included clear case doesn't do much since it's leveled with the camera.

Other names of Huawei Honor 9i
I searched for some knowledge about Honor 9i waterproofness, but get results all about Honor 9. Do you know Huawei Honor 9i has many other names in other countries? Just know from GSMA, it's called Nova2i in Malaysia, Huawei Maimang 6 in China, and Huawei Mate 10 lite in Europe. Huawei Mate 10 lite is splashproof. As for me, this phone is good enough. Nobody will put their phone into water.

Since the build quality of this device is awful, and for the money of this device you can get even A samsung j5 2016 what has a metal bar on the sides of the phone. I don't know how, but yesterday I put my phone "under" (close to) a pillow and sit on it for ~3 seconds. After I took it out, the phone was LITERALLY bent! Now the back of the phone is "curved". I still don't know how it works, but I seriously need to buy a new phone since this survived many disasters(extreme overheating, water submerge, bend)
But how I said, this device feels very cheap in the hand, like just a plastic brick that you can bend anytime.
Falled on soft surface and needed loudspeaker replacement.. Very bad quality

Simple, a pure plastic, crappy phone ( J5 2015).

I think it feels great especially for the price, build quality is not too far from Apple level. My unit has one minor imperfection - volume rocker bottom part is slightly less protruding than top, but the difference is pretty small.
The look and feel is really good and the build quality is awesome for the price range as usual Nokia phones get.
The software updates are really fast but the storage is not enough.
I have used Samsung Evo pro class 10 64GB memory card as adoptive storage. Now no issues with storage.
Logo falling off
Look and feel is great when new. Although the aluminium body seems very sensitive to scratches. But what's most annoying is that the NOKIA logo letters are falling off one after another. (In the official Nokia forums, there are a lot of other users experiencing this)
My Nokia 5 just turned 7 months old and already looks "well used"- even though I always handle it carefully.

Even though I was careful with this phone, always carried it in front pocket, never back one, it stopped working after just 1 year because of bended board and damaged BGA chip. I don't know how that happened, the frame has to be extremely soft.

I have big hands, and the Vibe X3 is very comfortable to hold due to the back being convex.
I don't fear about dropping this phone the build quality is very good on a durability size, I have dropped it before and because of the convex design the phone will almost always fall on its back from any height. The white plastic is very scratch resistant and has no view of fingerprints.
