Yeah, some features like camera can't be easily fixed ... even if I managed to fix the camera on almost all the devices I worked on, this is the first device which I'm not able to fix video recording - at least till now
This has a barbaric look, I'm sorry I can not prove it I need the cell phone for work as soon as I have a couple of free days I try it. Thank you.

Awesome surdu thank u very much for your time i will test tomorrow maybe if u need logcat. For the camera issue i was thinking (try) to port the stock camera using the emui framework but i need some reverse engineering tool. I know u said it's a waste of time but trying never hurt nobody

Yes, you're right, but I already tried to port stock EMUI Camera, and I already added all Huawei patches from frameworks ... unfortunately, it does not work like it should ( camera it's working for photo but not for video recording and also there is a few issues & sometimes it stop unexpected )... but if you have time, you can try yourself and let us to know

For RIL you can make worked sim by compiling a build without HwHisiRIL java class as temporary solution by adding these 2 frameworks, I tested by myself a few weeks ago on aosp 6 and it's works for me, could work on oreo too.

You have to forget about HwHisiRIL on Oreo, and the two stock frameworks may work only on Android MM

(if you give me any alternate way then may be)
any ways tried the rom , without gapps (which one to use?)
camera takes pics and records video but recording time screen is hanged, but it records in background of hanged screen , hope you understood.

- Is this ROM built from latest LX sources ? I mean, is it based on mikeioannina 20140718 build or does it include the newer changes made by him ?
- Did you modify the kernel made by Vynikal ? Because the last updated version (from yesterday) has 423MB for userspace, and video recording preview seems to be working fine with it.

Yes the current latest build is based on mikes sources of 20140718
I didn't modify vynikals sources
Video Preview and flash sync are known atm.
Although I have holidays soon so I'll build up an update on latest sources acc to which most things should be fixed

Until this ROM will be ready, I opened this thread to keep you up to date with my progress
I just managed to enabled stock hwcomposer to run on Lineage OS 13.0 and also BT was fixed .
Here is a list with what its currently working so far :
Working :
- touchscreen, adb & mtp, camera (only photo), audio, bluetooth, all sensors, flashlight, the both SIM1&2 with data network connection !
- off-mode charging, internal/external storage, GPS, NFC, WiFi & HWC !
Not yet fixed :
- Video recording !
Warning :
RadioFM will not be fixed ! - please don't ask to include it, thanks !

BTW, I remember XePeleato made wifi working on cm13 about half a year ago so there shouldn't be a huge problem to make it working again. Well, you definately know how to do it

BTW, I started a new "device tree" from scratch and is based to Huawei B596/597 Firmware , Android MM - that's why some simple things become slightly complicated now ... but don't worry, should be fixed asap

Yes, sure ... but you should provide me the necessary info from your device single SIM, as I already stated on XePeleato:s CM 14.1
Til now, I have no info about single SIM devices, so without the necessary info your device will not be supported by LOS 13.0.

i just tred it and indeed works made new name and i switch from one user to another new user had nothing on gallery swicthed to YOU and i saw all my pics.

Uses Linux commands on his phone. Probably a hassle compiling and uploading and browsing files using text editors to read code and swapping out sdcard from one phone to another

guys rom worked okey. it had a few bugs. but i only tried rom and features . theres was a problem when you try to remove edit files from root folder it doesnt allow us to.. throws a error.
this rom base is the v29 from h815.
it runs smoother but seems to have more bugs. not sure what technofreak is oging to do. start new with korean base or try to fix h815.
unless he wants to release it. root worked but once i reboot didnt worked anymore . only tried renaming files and deleting them..
maybe you can just use it normal or maybe root is working after all. but not allowing to edit in the system partition,

No is not the same. Is a typo. I will fix it later as im encounter few bugs other then my friend @raptorddd have found. Sorry guys but i really thought it was ready. Im working on this no stop for over 16-18hrs a day tryi g to figure this out and debugging the entire rom. Will come very soon....

I didn't test fingerprint sensor
Probably fingerprint will work
If u somehow bypass ScreenLock

I can confirm that it works in helium, though the lockscreen password and fingerprint isn't working.

how is this a stupid question, every rom has its own kernel tweaks or whatever optimization you call, just want to hear user's feedback for battery life on this rom. I don't have the spare time to flash and setup everything to discover bugs myself and then only realize the battery life is terrible 3 hours SOT.

Asking for battery life on O roms for Mi Max at this stage of development is stupid... That's is not even a concern right now till we get all hardware working and O roms are suitable for full daily usage.
I don't even get why O roms are posted at all as they are not even ready for testing yet IMO.

Battery life is awesome!!!!
I personally checked it, before some days and yesterday also.
Very less battery is consuming...
Only except said bugs, everything is working and fine according to my knowledge

Except said bugs, everything is stable so much.
Battery backup is also very good.
For h/w: camera isn't working only.
Hotspot doesn't work in hydrogen, but, work in helium!
VoLTE sometimes working while sending/receiving SMS.
I didn't upload it. But, the famous developers like you are silent, so, users pinched me so much, then i uploaded it

Flashing Instructions:
·Factory reset
·Flash the ROM
·(Optional): Install any additional packages. like gapps (i prefer beans gapps mini if you want google assistant)
·Once installation has finished, return to the main menu, select Reboot, and then System
·The first boot needs 15-20 minutes.
NOTE:its tested only on 530H but should work with all the variants that the los14 on xda for those Qcom variants are supported. 531H and other speadtrum model owners don't flash this
before proceeding further keep these in mind
Don't ask nonsense questions like "How's the ROM"? (What if I tell you it's the best and you flash it and end up not liking it? Understand it's a matter of preference so don't ask stupid stuff like that) Feel free to post your review about the ROM though.
For reporting bugs make sure you attach a logcat or we'll pretend you don't exist. Also don't report the same bugs over and over again
Your suggestion is not welcomed unless you're a developer. Any noob tells us shet like "Hey plz make Android oreo samsung" or something and you'll be reported.

We'd like to support this community since many users complaining it's dying. But we don't have this device. So if you can cooperate we'd work on more projects. We're a team of Porters. If you're a developer you can pm me or Bungee for helping in this project or if you got any ideas or whatever...

Initial review of the rom.
1. A bit laggy
2. Battery time normal
3. Browser keeps on force closing
4. Camera worked but some features not work
5. Torch worked too.
6. Auto rotation not worked.

Not work in my 530H
Tested it on G530H with XCU (fortunave3g). Everything except camera works really well. Wi-Fi, BT everything works.
Battery is OK.. not great or too bad. Performace is also ok. Tried to open the built-in browser.. and there was where the lags were noticable. But browsing the ui and its smooth.

Also the LOS for this device is also fully stable. Camera and stuff works for los made for G530H.
