Moto E4 Plus spec question - Moto E4 Plus Questions & Answers

From what I have read at numerous sites the E4 comes with 2gb of RAM and the E4 Plus comes with 3gb of RAM. But when I go to About Phone-Hardware Information it shows 2gb of ram. Is that Android displaying it improperly? I have included a screenshot from my phone.
Thanks

It depends from model to model. Mine is XT1771 and I have 3gb RAM and NFC.

Mine is XT1775, and has 2GB RAM with 32GB storage.

That's deceiving, they should make them all the same memory amount. Mine is the Verizon variant XT1774

That is because the devices are made specifically for the carrier that is paying for them to be made to the specs they want.

I also noticed under Other Sounds there is an option for Wireless Charging to make a sound when connected. Is there a variant with Wireless Charging?

It's a mistake.
oh, here we go again...
I work for T-Mobile and our demo unit does not have a SD card slot. It is the same phone that is given out. The Nexus 4 does not have a SD card slot.
Didn't think so, especially considering how quickly the page looks to be slapped together. It also lists 217 ppi. Would've been one heck of a curveball though if T-Mobile had a special version .
make em give you one. its their mistake...
either that or have them discount it since it is false advertising

S6 active - only 8gb from 32gb is visible

Guys, android is something new for me (last one was symbian...) - I just bought refurbished s6 active and for some reason it shows only 8gb of available space (where 7,5 is already taken by system). Any idea how to "unlock" remaining 24gb ? it supposed to be 32gb ...
Appologize if this is a trivial problem but I cant find the solutions.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Many THanks

The US version of the E4 plus (XT1775) has the Snapdragon 427, and the International (XT1773) uses a weaker Mediatek but has an extra 1 GB of RAM.
yup
Yup , But bcz of snapdragon you able to record HD videos at 1080 , Mediatek has limitation of 720 px video.

Available Storage on P10 32GB

Hello,
A few days ago I bought a Huawei P10 (32 GB version), and yesterday I checked how much storage I had available, and discovered that, aside from the space that firmware used, there are around 10 GB missing, which I guess goes to system stuff. (CPU-Z shows 'total' space of 22 GB). So, between that and firmware, it's around 19 GB being already used.
So, is it normal that I only have 12-13 GB of available storage for my own use?
Thanks!

Yes, it is normal for 32GB phone.
I have the 64Gb version and Firmware/System uses approximately 12Gb, then about 5Gb for apps. That's why it's so nice we can add an extra memory card.
Thanks. I was just worried because I used to have a Huawei Mate S, 32 GB, and only around 10 gb were used for system/firmware. Almost 20 seemed to much to me, hence my question.

RAM usage

Im very surprised, that on my Mi 8 i have 2.4-2.7gb free ram. The system usig around 3gb plus the applications. I have the latest Global stabil rom on it, and i optimalizated all aplication (not running on background, don't start automatically). Anyway running sonapps in background, what i dont accept in settings. It os normal?

It's a good thing when your phone uses most of your ram and caches programs in background. It's a waste of memory if you leave it all free and takes more power and resources to reload. I have 8gb version, running latest beta MIUI global, with Sphinx Kernel v1.7 and have less than 2gb free. Almost perfect, and shows cached also in screenshot
