Oxygen OS sounds/ringtones on Custom ROMs

Hi,
Is there a way to get Oxygen OS sounds/ringtones on any Custom ROM? I'm using AICP but I don't like the CM/Lineage ringtones.
Are there any flashable zips or is there a way I can get it from a nandroid backup?
I remember on OPO, there was a flashable zip.

I got aospextended at the moment, but would like to return to stock rom or stock based rom, but i don't have a computer, is there any flashable stock rom?
