I tried flashing first build but unsuccesfull due to downgrade error, & i bricked my stock rom.
If someone facing this too then there is a solution to flash stock rom and thats easy but won't be able to lock bootloader.
Steps-
1. First run this command
fastboot flash boot boot.img
2.Then go with every step of flashing from starting.

i used the old rom as did not get thw new one
u just hav to flash boot.img first then run every command from starting

hi,
i have motorola milestone. today i tried to replace rom from miui to The froyomod.
the installation failed couple of times so i tried to reboot the system.
the rboot has failed and now the phone is showing me only the Bootloader screen and it writes me this text: (ERR: 1A, 23,35,23,00)
what can i do to bring the phone back to life??? please help me

While Rooting i came across an issue while rooting.
when i typed command
fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock
I see error (error: cannot load 'unlock') refet the attachment
What shall i do now to get it fixed

I refered the following link for root
I was able to complete all the steps ,After copying the zip folder , using fast boot the phone says entering recover mode phone turned off unable to see that Team win recover project screen anything i have missed let me know .

I tried to upgrade software .the phone restarted and entered tarp and couldn't upgrade it further.
Curious to know why can't we update it.
Can we upgrade the software by any other alternative way or just use the existing one ?

its in developement section, by INDIRECT. YOU MAY need a couple more posts to get in there though

When it tells you to update, don't listen to it. Instead, download a rom (which is based off the new update) from the Android Development section, copy it to your SD card and install it with TWRP. Be sure to factory reset before you do

To update via OTA you must be on the stock recovery. Custom recoveries will not install OTA. Best bet is to run RUU as mentioned.

you recieved an email with the unlock code, correct put it in the directory where fastboot is. your phone should be in the bootloader, type fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin>enter( i think this is right, please check and make sure of command line)

Hi, do you give me instruction how to and links to download. I have One mini 2 and i unlock bootloader, root phone, install TWRP, instal Cm11 Sanpshot. CM11 its dont good for me. I need backup or rom.... I need Sense 6 because reproductors is very god of this rom and on Cm11 is no good.

My proble is CM11 isnt good for me and i need uninstall it. Sense is very good and i like it. Yes i have it. I have recovery TWRP 2.7.1.0.

OK so i finally got my phone from HTC and here is the TWRP from original Stock.
My CID is HTC_UK001
Not sure if it work on others but just try.
Just unpack>send to phone or memory card and restore backup using TWRP

im guessing you have TWRP so:
download zip file from link and copy it as it is to the folder recovery in your phone. you can do this in your computer or adb push(google it)
now, enter recovery TWRP and use recovery. search file and presto you in.

So I decided to do something dumb and tried to flash a rom on my phone, it bricked so I connected to odin and tried to re install the AP and when it was done my phone started up, Did the little samsung logo and froze right before the finished then went to a black screen, could it be the AP im trying to install with odin? any ideas are helpfull thanks..

You should research how to odin back to stock from "flash mode". That should fix this for you.

Nope. You need a pc to fix your problem.
That happened to me once it twice.
Odin stock is only way, to my knowledge, to fix this.
