Hey, i have a S3 Mini I8200N, ur included .apk isnt working for me. It has 480dpi, i downloaded 240DPI latest version, and for some reason it is only flashing if im using the 2.6 Beta installer, the 2.8 installer cant even find the .mdar file (idk how it is called). Btw i am using TWRP.
Can you please tell me wich file i have to choose?
I selected the latest version, i also tried it out with older versions (3Hours+). I rooted my Device with KingRoot. I want to use root themed BLACK.
I choose this file ---> minAPI16 arm 240dpi Black MD5. Is api16 right? I am using 4.2.2 Vers. JB.
TWRP told me the flash was succesfully. The app isnt installed after reboot.
And yea i know this apk u included in the isntaller is for the oneplus, but yea it insnt working with the file for my S3 mini. (i dont really know wich file to chose) Maybe you can help me, and yea i know you are not the developer of this.

My phone isn't rooted can i use?

[Q] Getting video to work in CNN App for root users?

One of the nicer tablet optimized apps featured in the Market is the CNN for Android app. Unfortunately, for those of us who have rooted our Xooms, for some reason we cannot play video through the app and get a "CNN Video is not available offline. Please connect to a network and try again" message when we try to play video.
Presumably if there is something about rooting that causes this problem, then it is something with a reasonably easy solution. Unfortunately, I have no clue as to what that solution is. Does anybody have any ideas as to how I can get video working in this app?
Not sure why its not working for you, but its works find for me rooted with 1.4 cybertronic_p6 kernel..
Yeah, it's working with my own kernels, too (essentially the Moto Stock kernel HR166 with the Tiamat Overclock patches and all the latest upstream stuff).
I can't see how rooting and/or updated kernels could mess with that. Now, your init files (part of the "boot.img" that actually enables root) could be missing something that the video section requires.
Can you play embedded videos from any other source?
Do you have adfree installed? As soon as I uninstalled that, the videos started working again.

Yes I do, I thought that might have been what was causing the problem. I don't want to uninstall AdFree. Any idea which host I can delete from the hosts.txt file created by AdFree to get it working?

[Q] Instagram on Android 4.0.4

Hi Guys,
I recently updated my LG P970 to Android 4.0.4 (rooted) and I installed Instagram from the Google Play Store however when I try and upload an image it will allow me to crop it but when it comes to selecting the filter the image doesnt show up and when I try to exit the app freezes. I done some searching but found no direct answer. I tried installing an older version of Instagram (3.4.0) however when I try to login it just tells me to update to the latest version.
Any idea on how to fix this?
Cheers!

Step 1: update it to the latest instagram and login using your account.
Step 2: install the apk file of 3.4.0 version of instagram (the OB will ask you if do you want to replace the file that is alrrady install, just hit ok). After the install, thr instagram should work again.

Much appreciated, OP.
Great app!!
One issue: once in "floating" mode , the toggle button to put the app full screen is non responsive.
EDIT: actually, its hit and miss, sometimes works sometimes doesnt
Thanks alot for this, it works perfectly here !
Tried both black and clear and I like them both.
Works very well but I'm not able to download, it keeps loading the url (whatever it does) and then app crashes.

You can try an older version, maybe. However I wouldn't look to future support. OGMods (the developer) discontinued the project as it violates Google / YouTube terms of service (as per the OGMods G+ page). Looks like he might have got served a cease and desist. Apparently other YouTube downloading apps are also becoming obsolete as well. Google seems to finally be cracking down on this.
Works for me. Thank you, OP.
Shame about what happened to the orginal dev, I suspect he was hunted/poached by Google. Perhaps the story is BS, idk.

I have noticed the same. It crashes when we try to download copyright protected videos...
The Ogyoutube root version is having this problem..Op plz make one based on nonrot ogyoutube version 3.5 .. downloading works fine.here and ur mod is osm for adbock..
That's what I noticed. Before I was using the root version of OGYoutube the download was working fine. With this, atleast there are no ads but downloading doesn't work which isn't really a problem for me anyway.

Need help to disable/block YouTube ads for good (Rooted Device)

I need help in getting rid of those extremely annoying youtube ads before something plays... My device is rooted so im sure there's an easy way?
Lastly is there any way to enable youtube playback with screen off or in a different window? (there used to be a xposed module for this a long time ago...)
THANKS !!!
Check out the iYTBP thread. Should be in the General Android Apps&Games section.
It's basically YouTube with bg playback and inbuilt adblocking

Ah, you don't necessarily need the Magisk variant. I wouldn't recommend it, just clutters Magisk imho.
Go for the rootless variant, install the iYTBP-Youtube and MicroG-for-iYTBP (both can be found on the MediaFire links or AFH) and just launch&setup with your primary account you use YT usually with.
Don't worry about battery. I'm using that combo on my N8 (rooted w/ Magisk) aswell and it's no drainage.
download tutuapp apk.. then download youtube ++ and iYTBP from tutuapp store:good: It will also work on non rooted phone
I installed iYTBP manually & it works great. Really easy. Uninstall prev YT, create folder, copy iYTBP apk, set permissions & reboot.

Alright, good to hear it works again. Just beware that as soon as Magisk looses root randomly or it crashes accidentally, iYTBP will need a reboot to work whereas the non-root variant will work regardless of Magisk status (which makes it a tad more attractive, don't you think )
Yeah that makes sense, I've been having issues with magisk loosing root to often now... I'll give it a go...
Oh, how about blocking YouTube ads that appear from external pages? For example if i click on a video link from Facebook... It opens a browser version of YouTube and that has ads... Anyway to stop these?

Question N2213_11_C.30 ROOT REVIEW (Short)

So I was on C.13 for a while and I had terrible experiences with the GUI, Freezing and apps updating when they should not have.
I updated to C.30, And the GUI is nicer, the device is smoother and root fully works. I have Spotify mods working, YouTube Vance installed after Revance removed the system YT. Netflix also works for me with no need to go the long way around for installation. Adblocks seem to work but could be better but i need better hosts lists.
My Modules are:
App Systemizer V17.4.1
BusyBox 1.34.1 (osm0sis)
Cloudflare DNS
Detach V5.3
Increase Vol Steps V1.0
MagiskHideProps V6.1.2-v137
Mindetach V3.3
Shamiko V0.7
Universal safteynetfix V2.2.1
Youtube Revanced extended V18.13.38
Any other modules and advice I would appreciate but the update for me has been a great success

No I use 8.5.71.723 by johnedwardMS
Interesting, I have a few questions:
You are using outdated safetynetfix (latest is 2.4.0), why?
You are using MagiskHideProps, which is deprecated and should not work properly. Can I ask you, which fingerprint you are using and can you verify, that Netflix is running with widevine L1?
You are using both mindetach and detach, why?
I have some of these modules too, plus I am using None display Cutout module, because I hate that unused line at the top of the screen and App Settings Reborn to get rid of notification panel in some apps.
