INSTALLATION:
Update your device to at least 20o first!
Download the rom, and put it on your external card
Download version fixes
Reboot into recovery (ONLY TWRP IS SUPPORTED)
Backup -> /system, /data, /boot (optional, but always a good idea)
Wipe -> Format Data (3 times)
Wipe -> Select System & Cache (3 times)
Install -> browse to find the rom and select it, also select the version fix, then swipe to flash
Reboot
- It will reboot again on its own... this is normal... if it goes back to recovery, you did something wrong. check your download, double check you wiped correctly, etc...
First boot can take up to 20 minutes, have patience (it should be closer to 5-10 minutes though)
Wait about 5-10 Minutes before setting up

DATA RESTORE
I've had good luck restoring my /data partition by doing the following after first boot. I cannot and will not guarantee that this will work for you, so you do this at your own risk
Reboot to Recovery
Tap Settings
Check "Use rm -f instead of formatting", then back
Tap Restore
Check /data only
Swipe to restore

Only updates I have gotten are the software updates (or rather downloads) that I took out of the rom.
Did you happen to notice what the version was for your OTA?

Tried to upload a screenshot but won't let me. Weird... Anyway it was a system update of 87megs I believe.

No prob MEGA is @ 97% so that'll get updated very soon
EDIT: Just checked on tmobile's website (and LG's). Latest update was the update to 20p.

I don't see version fixes to download. Apparently I need that cause I flashed and it didn't boot. Stayed on LG screen.

Fix is uploaded (3rd post), but has no bearing on booting.
What is your device? Did you clean flash as per the 'Installation' in OP (this makes a very big difference, since I resize the system and data partitions)? Did you flash anything else with the rom?

Well I tried everything. Did it by the book and even redownloaded just in case I had a bad transfer and I still stay stuck on LG screen... No boot.... Bummer. I'll check back later see if anyone else has problems.

What is the md5sum of the file you downloaded? It should match the one on the AFH website.

are you using IDM downloader.? i suggest you try it and use the AFH link as it allows you to resume download.. also did you check md5 sum check.? does it matches.?

Major update coming in a couple/few days (or maybe later today... lol)

I don't think that's quite right bro I'm just a vessel lol

so first thing i found was that there is no way to control background data. there is an option call ultra data saving mode, but when you click on it or toggle it it force closes

I have never paid attention to the background data stuff, I'll look into it, but till then, go to developer menu and disable whatever u don't want running. Or under applications.

Actually now I think about it, I recommend boot manager module in Xposed. U can control what u want to start running at boot.its amazing

There's no bootloop. Flash the rom, the edge, then the Mina kernel the SuperSU zip then encryption breaker.

It can't be the j700t specific twrp has to be the one I have listed the general twrp for the j700; It sounds like u didn't flash Mina kernel bro

i got it up it was a rookie mistake i was flashing min as a zip instead of the img.thanks for the quick reply i apreciate it, and its all good im using the rom as we speak

Awesome happy to hear you got it booted... Yeah I forgot it would prob work on the other twrp too. Thanks for the reminder bro some of the ROMs I have been working on need the one and some need the other.. depends on what you're working with. Enjoy.. pixel experience port should be up soon too, along with a port of the radical experience rom.

If there is a bug, please report me ...
Attention​
[*]* Supports Oxygen kernel but by default it does not support init.d (Comes disabled in the kernel).
If you wanted to install xposed, rom is compatible with it, but as rom comes with Magisk installed, basicIntegrity goes from true to false.
In my a rom does not come applications to access the Samsung Cloud, so I made a separate fix for anyone who wants to add. On the fix you only have the access service and you can access in settings or download the Samsung Cloud app on Google Play​

HOW TO INSTALL​
1. Install Recovery 3.2.2
3. Download the ROM and copy it to your pendriver and use an otg cable or copy the rom to the internal memory of the device when the device is in TWRP mode that allows the USB cable to access the internal memory of the device.
4. Mount system , data and cache
5. wipe dalvik-cache , cache , data and system
6. After that flash the ROM
7. Follow Aroma Installer
8. At the end of the installation of the autoreboot rom will not happen because it will present error 11, do not worry this will not affect the installation of the rom reboot manually.
9. Wait 2 to 5 minutes (First start of installation take a long boot).

What TWRP do you use? I saw the instructions and says to put the ROM in the SD card, but so far I have not found any that recognize the SD card, nor even recognize the internal memory. Can you help me? What TWRP do you use?

What TWRP do you use? I saw the instructions and says to put the ROM in the SD card, but so far I have not found any that recognize the SD card, nor even recognize the internal memory. Can you help me? What TWRP do you use?

I will correct the topic actually the installation by OTG or put the file inside the cell phone and not by the memory card

9. Wait 2 to 5 minutes (First start of installation take a long boot).

I did not add Game Tune because it already has a script that improves performance in games, I have not tested it yet, but I can see if it will have a better result and if there is a fix I'll add it to the rom.

The average consumption in the J7 Prime and more or less 6 hours of total battery use. It depends on which way you use your device. This rom was made so that when your phone is idle the app in the background does not consume the battery. And in games he tries to make sure that his batter is draining.

Have you tried debug mode in developer mode? In some cases when it's debugging mode enabled some pc happens that it does not recognize. The rom is tested before being sent to XDA, and the fixes added here are to requests from users who need them, which in itself does not present any bug.

what about screencapture? the thing that i need for this rom, ill try to install pubg if it can handle the game on it.

Can this be flashed in twrp? Does it have any performance enhancements over stock? These two things are what will make me flash this in a heartbeat.
If it had a kernel that was built with Clang 12, or Proton Clang 12, my goodness - that would be the icing on the cake. in my opinion, the stock kernel is just not that good.

This rom is great,fast,smooth and tweaks pro makes it extra special.

Wow, that was fast! Currently running a OnePlus 8 Pro and this is why I'm switching back to Samsung. The OP devs haven't dropped anything new in several months. Awaiting my AT&T S21 Ultra 512. Fingers crossed on a root method for the Snapdragon! Cheers

Have you seen the Galaxy s20 or note 20 forums? It's like Dr Keton ROM and nothing else. If development's the reason you came to Galaxy S21 you're going to be very disappointed.
8 Pro development is/will going to blow this out of water. Just saying..

Yes, this is exceptional. I do make rom for N20 series only. But some friends and loyal users insisted and couldn't resist.

Thank you doc, I will love my G998B more. I loved your ROM on my Note10+. I planned on buying the N20U but ended up getting S21, I regret a little because there were no Dr.Ketan ROM. But not any more. Thanks so much.

Bro there are so many users who bought note series(exynos) only because of you. Because your custom roms are awesome with zero bug. Now, you started making rom for S21 series, many people will head over to newer s series including me. Thank you so much for awesome work.

Let's hope the S21 series gets more action.

@dr.ketan , I noticed an annoying bug with the rom. Viper for Android simply will not install/process. It installs fine on stock one UI 3.1. Could you kindly take a look at this. Viper is hands down the best sound mod for Android that exists.

Can you tell me the exact steps you did to get this to work? What exact versions of viper?
Also I already followed your instructions on 'step two' for tweaks pro. I followed the instructions exactly and did not receive the Tweaks pro app that I paid for. Please send me the APK that I paid $25 for.
EDIT: Dr Keton came through and sent me the tweaks pro app. Very happy now.
