There's a delay in turning on screen (54 sec) twicce after you reboot your device. The best workaround is to press the power button twice and wait for the camera to turn on the screen. You'll understand what i mean after some days of usage

Except for the bugs, the rom is very good, specially the OMS support. Substratum is working perfectly.
Hope the bugs are resolved in the next update.
Also, after the screen turns off, sim 1 is also not reachable.

How's the free RAM? I like nougat ROMs but they're so RAM-hungry unlike marshmallow and lollipop ROMs.

Sir,
I dirty flashed this on the AOSPExtended ROM 3.1 by Carlos Arriaga which is functioning very well for more than a month now. It booted and the set-up was very smooth. And it was very responsive and stable too. There is a problem with calls, however. On dirty flash, the phone crashed, fail to start. On clean install, calls work only in one sim. Shutting down and removing the battery just replaced the functioning sim for calls -- from sim one, now it is sim two that functions. Other than this, everything seemed to be functioning well. But I was not able to test extensively as I need the call function. I am back now on the earlier version by Carlos.

do not detect usb connected with an external adapter.
In Samsung Grand Prime 530H does not have root access, and does not read the external usb when they connect with the adapter
screen doesn't turn on when pressing the home button when screen is locked, i still have to press the power button in order to turn on the screen.

If you've read the thread. In all Nougat roms, root has been removed by default! With root you cannot use Snapchat anymore so by default its not there. Flash the latest SuperSU 2.79 zip.

Actually that feature has been removed because it was giving an error I'll try fixing it soon. Check in Miscellaneous Settings in Extensions you might be able to turn it on through Buttons option.

Hey Hassan, i need one help. How fix Fm Radio?... to me don't worked.. open but
It opens but I hear my voice when I say it. Does not tune to radio stations
there´s not an option in the rom to make the home button wake the device when unlocked... can anyone fix this issue?
No root
This ROM is good but it doesn't have root. I tried flashing SuperSU zip file for fortuna3gxxu but it failed. Also, the home button does not wake the device. Please fix the home button issue. And pls tell me how to root my device.

@rkj911 whenever I open any app then why the toast message pop up saying "detected problem with app native libraries". No matter its system app or user app, it just popup in each and every app. It's very annoying.

1) wipe system , data , cache, dalvik
1.1) reboot to recovery (optional)
2) flash rom and other packages

Magisk is to be flashed manually.
MicroG is not supported by AEX

Yes it's stock but easy ss works with it.
Search in Grand's forum for it.

Thank you! For those wondering, you can change battery pulse light in Settings > Notifications > gear icon ⚙
so fix dark camera bug or if you found any other and add stock music app or miui music app

No but you can easily enable it via Magisk (systemless) or by modifying build.prop.
You can use the Manual Camera Compatibility app to see if it's enabled.

This is my most favorite rom of all & i always using it. But can you include in the next update the double tap to wake & fix for the battery indicator in offline charging. I'm always charging in an off state but i don't know what percent it is. Thanks!

Wowwww, such an awesome ROM. It's really very smooth and substratum works flawlessly I have tried roms but it always slowed the device down while using themes but AEX is just perfect for handling substratum themes also battery backup is also very decent. All in all I can say it's one of the best custom roms for Mi Max 2 and thank you very much Dev for compiling this awesome ROM for us.
Clean flashed this ROM, Pics Gapps and Magisk 16.3 and started getting com.android.phone fc constantly and my SIMs were not recognized (got SIMs in both slots). The moment I removed the one SIM that was in roaming in slot 2 the fc stopped.
Anyone else got this issue?
Besides this, the ROM really is smooth, all else is working!
