Sorry didn't meant to hurt you in anyway, i am glad that you're here i appreciate your efforts. I just installed the deodexed stock nougat rom and gonna try this, oneplus and google camera with camera2api enabled. :laugh: :highfive: :good:

Yes it is working but auto focus works the same or worse than on stock/Better camera and the quality is also worse than stock/better camera - why would anybody use it?

sorry for the dissappointment
its just another camera which i found interesting, it takes images a little different than other camera apps, so i felt to share it :fingers-crossed:

The sensor can normally support 1080p in 60 fps (IMX 258 Sony), If someone manages to make it work, its would be great!

So I just wonder what do you prefer...Do you use custom rom or stay in OOS due to camera/other reasons?
Also I would like to ask you how much worse is camera in custom roms I have not tried yet and dont have the time right now
camera sucks in most custom ROMs, but there are a few that have OOS camera working with portrait mode, and i have a hard time telling the difference between them and stock
Running PureFusion and the camera seems perfectly fine to me :/

Hey please can you share the settings for GCAM with HDR+ ..I am getting blurred out of focus pics from it

This is what I have it set at
Model- Pixel 2
Config HDR+ - Nexus 6
The rest is default
And I'm using MGC 5.1.014 All in one

It's a lib file, you move it to it's respective directory with correct permissions and then reboot

Hello sir, I'm using custom ROM 9.0 (Pixel Experience) and my Moto Camera is working fine but only one thing is not working and that is the 1080p(60fps) video. When recording video from the back facing camera, all the other video sizes are working fine but whenever I switch to the 1080p 60fps and try to record a video the camera does nothing and a message pops out "Cannot start video capture. Another app may be using the mic". My front facing camera is working properly but this one particular problem is bothering me alot.

I have tested the camera app in stock. It was taking very good hdr pictures. Better than mi a1 and also stock camera.
It was capturing good front camera pictures. With white flash screen.

Yeah true... Doesn't work for me either.. on PE
Works on stock but I can't see any difference to stock camera app pictures, with HDR on.

Tap to focus clearly. Then capture. It worked for me.

I Can confirm that hdr pics are way better than stock cam in low light and less noisy too. Thanks bro for providing this app.
This needs camera 2 API to be activated or rooted?
I'm looking for a better way to take photos but almost every way i found seems to require custom ROMS, camera 2 API enabled, etc. Phone is under warranty and i can't mess with the system at all...

No APIs are needed. Works flawlessly on the stock ROM.
Working Perfectly on Stock Rom. Normal Photos are Batter than Stock Camera app thanks... @Anonymous
there is a bug when i'm trying to take a picture with front camera. Stuck on white flash screen. It has to do with beautify mode.

works good. but when i click photo with front cam with beauty features on, it shows an error code 708.

Check if you have Camera 2 API enabled, some custom ROMs don't have this option on by default.
Yes camera 2API is enabled on my phone. Every Gcam port works on my device expect for cstark's Gcam port. His port crashes every time i open the app.

I'm using Pixel experience, maybe it's has something different from others roms.
I am using cstark PX 4.0.1. Everything is working fine except portrait for rear camera. Any solution ??

Yes. I am using but as i said earlier portrait is not working for rear camera
50x zoom is useless, photo's taken at 50x zoom will be useless
