Twitter notifications

Came back to Samsung note 9 .. previously had iPhone after the note 7 battery problems.. wondering why iPhone received all Twitter notifications, finding out note 9 I'm only getting 49 notifications showing, and that's only if I get them thru the browser, I'm getting about half of that if I use the Twitter app.. All settings are set to receive push notifications.. any one have an idea as to why this is happening??

Android 10 and RCS

Okay, so if my memory is correct (definitely not guaranteed) I had enabled RCS on my phone manually before I had to reset my phone with MSM tool for assuming I'd be safe to install the Android 10 beta on my converted TMobile 6T since I got a notification for it.
After wiping the phone with the tool and again to unlock the bootloader , I never bothered to enable RCS again since nobody I know has it, rendering it pointless for me..
I installed the stable Android 10 last night and just looked out of curiosity and I'm showing connected in chat features...
Has anyone else checked theirs? Or is my mind playing tricks on me?
@JMB2K THREAD CLOSED as there's already a thread regarding RCS: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6t/how-to/rcs-t3991991

Galaxy S10 Plus Snapdragon One UI 2.5 120hz refresh removed???

Can anyone on here confirm that after the One UI 2.5 September update that the 120hz refresh rate option is no longer available? Using Activity launcher we were able to change it but now, regardless of the screen resolution setting, the 120hz option is grayed out for me. Anyone else?
No need to double post:

Costom Launcer Work Permanently

{Mod edit}
This video contains nothing of value... Not even instructions, just a clip of you using a launcher on a screen recorded android.
I can see in the video you using the launcher with maybe recents? With A10-A11 on Red Magic OS the recents will be bugged in custom launchers, you can clear the apps, sure. However, as soon as you open another app when you return to recents you will see all the apps you "cleared" are back because its just the animation playing and nothing was cleared.
Please include instructions or further information. I dont want to doubt you, its just Ive done extensive research myself and as of right now no custom launchers are working 100% on A11 and they are working iffy on A10. I would love for you to prove me wrong and bring custom launchers to RM users.
