all mate 10 pro users,
i need help since my unit is i think bricked, lock bootloader and either in recovery and fastboot mode is not
detected by computer. I need to unbrick but i cannot extract the stock firmware. I donot know why extractor
wont install in my pc. could anyone manage to share using extractor and share the images here.

I'm no expert but maybe put it in download mode and connect it to the Huawei pc app hisuite and it should flash the firmware and recovery! But wait to hear from someone else if this is right! It's what I used to do with my Samsung S5 whenever I go stuck! Lol

i have hard bricked my phone i have installed Elite rom for my nem-l21 and it was going perfectly, and i have made backup of my stock system but after booting it up it goes into bootloop and Huwawei eRecovery comes in, i cant access fastboot or twrp by button press only Huwawei eRecowery. I tried install stock rom by update.app but it is not compatible. My PC sees my phone when is off as NEM-21 in device manager but it isnt showing up on adb devices neither on fastboot devices. Please help because i have no idea how i can fix it. :crying:

Try to use the Multi-Tool for team MT,maybe it will help you to unbrick your phone,i`ve used yesterday to unbrick a Honor 5C NEM-L21.You will need the update.zip for you phone and Huawei Update Extractor.
Or try DC Phoenix

Here is what I found:
Once your Qualcomm Android device has entered EDL mode, you can connect it to the PC and use tools like QPST or QFIL to flash firmware files to unbrick or restore stock ROM.

Download all versions of QPST Flash tool and learn how to use the QFIL and Software Download programs to flash firmware files on Qualcomm Android devices.

I got a P20 Pro in DEMO Firmware CLT-L29 C652, and I want to debranding and update a Stock ROM.
The first is to unlock Bootloader, but HCU Client says to me the Phone is not in TestPoint Mode.
So I got DC Phoenix and I read the tutorial to put the Phone in TestPoint Mode via Software.
It indicates to use a UPDATE.APP from a Stock ROM, CLT-L29 C432 so I've used this one.
After that the screen of my phone got Black. After that I tried to unlock bootloader and it seems to go ok. After that I've used DC Phoenix to upgrade the new stock CLT-L29 C432 using UPDATE.APP inside update_sd.zip and the one for customization folder.
Results: today I have bricked my phone, wher ethe version of firmware is Chipset-boston 8.1.0.001 (PR00). The phone can go to Fastboot mode, and it works for eRecovery. But it cannot get firmware from wi-fi connection. The DLoad method to write stock ROM is not working.
I don't know what can I do now!
Is there someone who can help me?

I was so obsessed with the Harmony OS. So I was trying to convert my phone to Chinese version I.e From VTR_L29 to VTR_AL00 I downloaded the stock firmware of VTR_AL00 trying to install it with CHIMERA on the process of installing it my phone hardbricked and won't even charge when I connect to power but my pc recognise it in Fastboot. please help
can you still access fastboot? if yes use flasher.bat (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uMrmObOb78_2dp8I6rVEOJ1s9Dg8QJDs/view?usp=sharing) extract it then just run the .bat
i rebranded mine to harmonyOS without facing brick etc. i just simply flash CN oeminfo.img then force flashing FW VTR-TL00 using Hisuite-Proxy Emui9.0>9.1.0.210>emui9.1.0.219>emui9.1.0.228>emui9.1.0.231 then harmonyOS(take note dont jump over to harmonyOS when updating it always start with .210-231, dont skip any!)
