Ambient Display MOD for build LMY47O And LMY47I

Hey guys here is Ambient display mod for Android one device recently upgraded to build LMY47O
Ambient display is a feature for your lock screen. It basically lights up your phone’s display whenever there’s a new notification or when you pick up your device. And to save battery while doing that, ambient display optimizes the screen color to fade to grey color only when it turns on, and then smartly turn the screen colorful as soon as you interact with the screen.
But because of hardware limetations it will not work when you pick up your device or get it out of your pocket...
but its really a cool and hidden feature of lollipop so you may like to try it
you can download it from attackments
How to use
Flash it from custom recovery
No need to wipe dalvik-cache it may waste your time but if you got stuck then wiping dalvik-cache will fix that
And its working perfect on my device if you got any error please report to me
And if you just want to give it try and want to revert back to stock( remove ambient display feature) then you can use cleaner zip for it.
Cheers
EDIT:-The zip here named for LMY47O is working for LMY47I also

No battery drainage problem is there
This mod basically just wakes your device up on some events e.g if any notification arrives
and then if you don't touch it then it'll quickly turn screen off in 2-3 seconds I'm personally using it and not observed any battery drainage yet .

[HowTO] Treble for S9

Hello everyone,
After seeing the news that Treble images were properly working on the S9, I decided to give it a go and see for myself how good/bad was it working.
The from my findings, the only thing that is NOT working is the auto-brightness.
Here are the installation steps :
Make sure you got TWRP installed properly, with DM-Verity and Encryption disabled.
Download this : https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=817906626617958348
Place it in the root of your device, then navigate to TWRP, click install, click install Image, select the transfered system.img, and select system image.
Make sure to full wipe after that, and reboot, and you are good to go.
This is awesome. As soon as I'm able to get my hands on an Exynos variant S9, I'm buying one for Treble support alone.
Auto-brightness doesn't work because the framework doesn't define any brightness levels for each lux level. You can make an overlay to fix that or modify the framework at source.

Porting the frameworks has recently happened for Huawei and Sony. Unless Samsung are deliberately obfuscating things, it should be possible to do the same for the Exynos versions of the S9 and S9+.
Can someone post screenshots

26th builds of 8.1 are okay for brightness but fingerprint is broken for some and causes touch to stop but reboot, unlock then a few lock/unlock cycles it's good temp fix til next reboot

" Always on display " mode

Hi all.. I use this great phone since this morning and I was convinced that under Android one there was the mode "always on display" as on the Pixel phones .. but I can't find it .. Can someone tell me if we can activate it or not .. And something else..the updates are stopping on that of October 1st .. Have you received November ..? Thank you for your answers and if you have some tips to give me I will be happy ..
I don't use it, but have it (on Pie september) here:
Settings/Display/Advanced/AmbientDisplay/AlwaysOn

I haven't .. I am on Pie October. I have just option for wake up the phone when you take it.. maybe they have removed it..?
édit: after search there is no "always on display" as on pixels or samsung because it is not an amoled screen; it must be revealed to see the time or notifications .. damage.

Hi! Do you still want the always on option in Nokia 7 Plus on Pie (Feb update)? There's an app in playstore 'UI Tuner'. It opens the hidden settings menu where the alway on option is available. Try it.
Note: No magisk or root or anything is required.
