UMTS 3G problem

Hi, I have a Xperia X1a.
I'm from Costa Rica and here we have gsm 1800 and umts 850
My problem is that the options that I have is GSM (900+1800) + UMTS (2100+900) or GSM (1900 + 850) + UMTS (1900+850) if I set it in auto, it won't detect the UMTS (3G) conexion is there a way to change that?

[Q] UMTS 900Mhz

European Diamonds support WCDMA on 2100 and 900.
But is there any way to use only 900?
I'd like to check if I'm 900mhz covered.
In phone options only alone 2100 or both (9&2.1) can be selected.
And if there is a option to turn off GSM 900 and left only 1800?

[Q] Motorola Droid 4 Network Bands

Im using a Motorola Droid 4 in Mexico with 4.1. After dialing *#*#4636#*#* > Phone Info> menu button > Select Radio Band im only getting USA band. Then i checked with ##PROGRAM > 06 Test mode ,in "Band" im getting US Cellular (800 mhz). Here in Mexico, Telcel works with 850 Mhz for 3g/UMTS.
My question :¿Is there a way to change bands in this phone? I DO have 3g enabled, dont know if 800/850 Mhz bands are similar, but my signal strenght is always in -90/-100 dBm.
¿How can i select a different band in this smartphone?

LTE in the UK

Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any information from an official (or very reliable/convincing) source as to which LTE bands the 10 Lite supports? I would need Band 20 at the very least. If I want to use it in the UK in English, should I wait for a "Global" version to be released?

Modem Type For Motorola Phone Power

Hi all,
I am looking to determine what kind of modem the Moto One Power has and what bands it physically can handle.
According to the website - Networks + bands
2G: GSM band 2/3/5/8, 3G: WCDMA band 1/5/8, 4G: LTE band 1/3/5/8/38/40/41
https://www.motorola.in/products/motorola-one-power#specs
I just want to know if the missing LTE bands are just outright missing or just disabled.
Can anyone let me know what the FCC codes are on their phone as well?
