No issue like this with mine. Try in Settings > Display and make sure Eye Comfort is off.

Thats no bug... Its the default value... Take a lock in logcat after turning on for rgb value.
Edit:
Code:
Su
Cat /sys/devices/virtual/graphics/fb0/lcd_color_temperature
Should return 32768, 0, 0, 0, 32768, 0, 0, 0, 32768

mute-when-flipped-face-down doesnt work

the mute-when-flipped-face-down doesnt work!! (new phone)
so i checked for this in the registry according to this well-known-tweak:
4. Switch Mute Call on phone flipped face down: HKLM\Software\HTC\PHONE : FaceDownMuteRing: change value to "0"
but it is set to 1, so it should work, but it just doesnt.
I have it lying flat face-down on a very horizontal desk, but it still rings!
any suggestions?
thanks!
Flip off
I had the same misunderstanding. The flip ringer silence functions by turning the phone when it begins to ring and laying it face down. Hope this helps.

hi m8!
thanks for your reply
1. then this whole function becomes much less interesting i think
2. i tried your suggestion: didnt work as well.
it should be nice to have it muted while display face the table but the real usage gives sense as well ... the phone is ringing you look who is calling and then put it back on table to mute it ... if you want to have permanent mute then simply activate vibrate / silent mode ...

FaceDownMuteRing is set to 1 default (as i have it now) and it doesnt work now.
You say i should set it to 0: that doesnt make sense. 1 = true,
in this case meaning to mute when facedown......
Not?
Mine is set to 0 and does not work....

i have seted in 1 and works ok, already check it
Mine is set to 1 and works, if i set it to 0 it doesnt work.
Seems like you have a duff phone there, id send it back for a replacement or get them to fix it.
ok - set mine to 1, did not work. Figured a reg change might need a soft reboot - which I did and now - IT WORKS

Are you aware that this doesn't work if you are called and your phone is already facing down!? This function requiers you to flip the phone face down when you get a call (from the starting position when it is on its back). If it is facing down already you need to flip the phone 360 degreeds over its longest axis to mute it.
This function is not suitable for meetings in which you cannot be disturbed. In that case you need to put it on silent or vibrate mode manually in the config menu.
aware of that yes.
set to 1, reboot, tried
set to 0, reboot, tried
set to 1, reboot, tried
nothing works.....mmm
Do your accelerometors work? Does the web and photos move around the screen as you rotate the device? Does the ball game work?
I simply changed the value from 0 to 1 and reset.
Left the phone face up on my desk and called it. Then turned it face down and the ring was muted...

yes, the game works....
IT WORKS NOW!
i reinstalled (hard reset) and all ok now.......mmm

i tried it after 3 hard resets! each time worked only once till the first soft reset. after a soft reset the value in the registry stayed "tweaked" but with no effect.
Mine is set to 1 and it works gr8
mine works no problem... make sure you are using the new ROM's. (and btw having the phone so that it is silent when ever the phone is face down is silly, coz it may be in you pocket (or hand bag 4 women) and face down and then it wont ring... no good. the default method, of looking at the screen and then turning in face down is a good idea tho...)
I had the same problem - didn't work no matter what i did. Recently i updated the ROM to 1.93 and this fixed the problem. Works like a charm now.

You can set this to go to vibrate automatically if you're in a meeting (that's in your schedule)

kukuriku, my dear friend let me help you:
in the tweaks thread there is a mistake. registry should be 1 not 0 (like somebody already write here). that's also the default. use your head m8!

Screen Off DUring Calls - Still

Hi there,
I have done the two tweaks recommended to stop the screen going off during calls but now have the following situation:
The screen still goes off during calls, but if I turn the screen back on once, it will stay on for the duration of the call, a feature I thought had been introduced in the new official HTC ROM. I am still on 1.37.405.1 or something like that, the one that came with my Orange Diamond originally.
However, turning the screen back on only brings it back to a low-light status, as if the screen was locked..?
All very confusing. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks.
I just rest my thumb on the touch sensitive centre button and my screen stays on, no tweaks .I am still on the Orange stock rom.
I also have this problem after doing the two tweaks.
Even upgraded to the 1.93 CHT rom.
Any one encountered this also ? Any solution ? Thanks!

No it doesn't, the screen still goes off right after starting the call.
Have you soft reset the device after you have edited the registry?
Tried both ways?
It works on my diamond.
It used to work but after upgraded to ROM 1.93.
The tweak no longer work. Any one have the same problem ?
I would have thought u need to reapply reg fix as when u update rom it restore orig settings

* HKCU\ControlPanel\Backlight\LightSensorPollingEnable to = 0 default = 1
That done..
Restart the phone (I waited for a minute or so)
Backlight remains on now.
Then, just for the hell of it.. went back into the registry and set back the default values for:
lightsensorpollingenable
Phone sleep
Fast dormant
Checked again.. still works.
I decided to test all of those settings separate, the one that fixes it is the HKCU\ControlPanel\Backlight\LightSensorPollingEnable. All the others did nothing.

It's not working. When I set it on, then change a setting (color calibration or the color temperature) it doesn't do anything, even with a reboot. Any idea why ?

How to port Lollipop Rom to another Bay Trail tablet? (Touchscreen problems).

Hi, I've been trying some Lollipop Roms on my Ramos I9s, because it's limited to 4.4.4. Almost same specs, except for the screen size and resolution. Everything works perfect, but I can't use them because I have problems with the touchscreen: only a quart of the screen is touchable, and it's necessary to flip the tablet to touch other parts of the interface. The X and Y axis are inverted too. I used the getevent -p command with adb:
(WITH MY STOCK 4.4.4 ROM)
add device 2: /dev/input/event5
name: "goodix_ts"
events:
KEY (0001): 014a
ABS (0003): 0030 : value 0, min 0, max 255, fuzz 0, flat 0, resolution 0
0032 : value 0, min 0, max 255, fuzz 0, flat 0, resolution 0
0035 : value 0, min 0, max 1920, fuzz 0, flat 0, resolution 0
0036 : value 0, min 0, max 1200, fuzz 0, flat 0, resolution 0
0039 : value 0, min 0, max 255, fuzz 0, flat 0, resolution 0
(WITH TECLAST 5.0 ROM)
add device 2: /dev/input/event5
name: "goodix_ts"
events:
KEY (0001): 014a
ABS (0003): 0030 : value 0, min 0, max 255, fuzz 0, flat 0, resolution 0
0032 : value 0, min 0, max 255, fuzz 0, flat 0, resolution 0
0035 : value 0, min 0, max 4096, fuzz 0, flat 0, resolution 0
0036 : value 0, min 0, max 4096, fuzz 0, flat 0, resolution 0
0039 : value 0, min 0, max 255, fuzz 0, flat 0, resolution 0
The differences are the max numbers: 1920x1200 (display resolution) on stock kitkat, and 4096x4096 on the Teclast rom. Is there a way to config the event5 or the touchscreen module, and make it compatible with my screen? Thanks for the help.

Screen remains yellow after disabling blue light filter

I've had my Note 9 (SM-N960U) for a month, and I love it. However, one annoying issue keeps popping up. I have the blue light filter automatically enabled between sunset/sunrise. Sometimes the screen remains yellow/red after sunrise. When that happens, I manually toggle the blue filter, but the screen retains a yellow/red tint. I can reboot the phone, but it never recovers the stock blueish/white tint. The only solution that I have found is a factory reset, which returns the color temperature to normal. This has happened twice, and it is a major PITA restoring all of my apps and settings. FWIW, I am on the latest firmware and April security patch. Anyone else have this issue?
any fixes?

Cause of Night Mode triggered, see this fix:

If you use the Google books app see if you have the night mode set on in that app. I was having this weird issue and I saw that I had set the tone to night mode for night time reading. That was causing my whole phone to become yellow instead of only doing it to the app.
