no, but we do have android 7.0. even some nexus devices haven't got stock 7.1.1 so don't ask for it here
I have the standard P9. i would like to try the Nova launcher, but should i wait for the Nougat update
to be installed first, or does it not make any difference.

It makes no difference. Nova launcher can be installed on lollipop, marshmallow, nougat, ...
Hi everyone! I tried to flash stock Android One firmware with the script and it's perfect. But on Moto ROM there is the feature that hides the navigation bar. Can you please link the stock firmware Oreo for XT1900-7 version? And maybe fornthe other variants, maybe to help someone else

Try rootless pixel launcher from play store, then install the pixel bridge apk for Google feed integration (can Google it).

There are a lots of apps which we can't install I think because it requires 64 bit & pie

I too installed 7.1.1 nougat OOS 4.5.1 stock rom on my 3t
Nougat was the last version which supported some of the classic xposed modules.
