I think it is the default home screen for any TF3D skin. so if you enable TF3D you should get it.

Just copy the Mms.apk to system/apps and fix permissions then reboot you might have to rename your other messaging apps to mms.bak or conversations.bak depending on Rom This is 4.1.2 version. Resize them, use them with your preferred launcher that allows use of icon edits. Open the respective apks and change then icons in mipmap for your devices resolution. That's what you do with them. [emoji16]
